Very bad, both in the pizzas and in the way the business is run, we ordered 4 pizzas at 19:10 , to have them arrive at 20:30 . The pizzas arrived inedible . We immediately called the pizzeria and spoke to the manager named Morena , who gave us her phone number to receive photos of the pizzas and advised us to request cancellation with uber eats and reorder the pizzas . Once we requested a refund, we called again and were answered by a guy who told us that they would return the pizzas at 21:30. After 21:45 we called back , we were answered by yet another person who told us that the pizzas would not be delivered because he judged that the pizzas were fine , he slammed the phone in our faces without looking for a solution . The last phone call was to a third person who told us that there were problems and that if we did not deliver the pizzas, we would be forced to give them to us because they did not have a person to deliver them to and they could not be delivered in any way. Rudest service I‘ve ever had. I would give you zero stars, if it wasn‘t because the food was decent. The young waitress made a mistake on my order, and when I kindly brought it up to her, instead of trying to figure out what happened, and what could be done about it, she immediately raised her voice to -argue- (underlined) with me that I was wrong and that she brought me exactly what I had ordered. Then she proceeded to go complain about me with her colleague just a few tables from where I was sitting. The colleague, a middle-aged lady, then stared at me with an angry look in her face. Luckily, my Swiss colleague was able to back me up in Swiss German, so that in the end, I still got what I ordered (because she spoke up too). There was still no apology for their impoliteness. If I could give this place 0 stars I would have. Everything about the staff and management here is rude and arrogant. Firstly me and the wife were planning to have a meal at another restaurant but the kids were hungry so we came here. I came in with my wife and kids (2 and 4 year old) and we ordered smoothie for us and food only for kids and the waitress said You all have to order food and "This is Switzerland". I have lived in Switzerland for several years and have never had issues, I have been to several cafes and ordered food only for kids and drink for us and never have I been felt so be-little. On top when asked the waitress name, she refused to give it. When asked other staff members for her name they just started laughing. Asked for the manager who refused to come as he is having meal with his family. Its ok for the manager to eat with his family in dignity but when it comes to others they don't really care. Absolute arrogant and disrespectful staff and management. Would never come back nor would never recommend anyone to go there.

Wenn ich diesem Ort 0 Sterne geben könnte, würde ich es tun. Alles über das Personal und das Management hier ist unhöflich und arrogant. Zuerst wollten meine Frau und ich in einem anderen Restaurant essen gehen, aber die Kinder hatten Hunger, also kamen wir hierher. Ich kam mit meiner Frau und den Kindern (2 und 4 Jahre alt) herein und wir bestellten einen Smoothie für uns und Essen nur für die Kinder und die Kellnerin sagte, dass Sie alle Essen bestellen müssen und "Das ist die Schweiz". Ich habe mehrere Jahre in der Schweiz gelebt und nie Probleme gehabt, ich war in mehreren Cafés und habe Essen nur für Kinder und Getränke für uns bestellt und nie habe ich mich so klein gefühlt. Als ich die Kellnerin nach ihrem Namen fragte, weigerte sie sich, ihn zu nennen. Als ich andere Mitarbeiter nach ihrem Namen fragte, fingen sie nur an zu lachen. Ich fragte nach dem Manager, der sich weigerte zu kommen, da er mit seiner Familie isst. Für den Manager ist es in Ordnung, mit seiner Familie in Würde zu essen, aber wenn es um andere geht, ist es ihnen völlig egal. Absolute arrogante und respektlose Mitarbeiter und Management.
