JOE & THE JUICE — Restaurant in Zurich

I ordered an Açai Bowl and received a package that corresponds to 1/4 of a normal sized one usually is (ej, go to a proper Açai place in Zurich... and see the size difference) Second, it was half full (or half empty...) Oh and a third one, I ate it and apart from the dimension/size qualities stated, the taste was also strange, usually it's has a dark purple color. Well, this one had light purple and soft flavor so apart from being 1/4th and halved it was also cut-down too... I do not know who do you buy the Açai from, but please change the provider & increase the ration to match the "minimum standard"... otherwise, stop selling it at all, as it's not helping your business. So it was a micro-micro Açai bowl... not happy at all and you have lost a customer today.

To add, I needed to make up for my unsatisfied Açai need and got a normal Açai. I uploaded some comparison pictures in package size and filling up. Also the content of normal was 631 gr vs 134 gr from Joe & the Juice. Just tried to make the complaint as objective as possible, hope...

Hmmm 🤔 how do I begin - Soooooooo surprised as I walked in the door. Was greeted politely and waited to be served. I inquired about offers/promotions and "Maria" kindly explained to me everything I needed to know. "Carlos" jumped in and further helped me understand things better. Super Team - Super Decision to give Joe the Juice a second chance bc I've been to the one in Zürich but it was a different experience.

Maria & Carlos work together so well & I got 2 🥕 juice orders to Go plus 2 extra shot of ginger. Precisely what I needed as They Competently managed to fulfill the task ....AND I'm now officially have a loyalty card. 😌😊

My girlfriend and I are regular Joe & The Juice’s customers and we’ve been to their branches all around the world (NYC, London, Singapore, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and now Switzerland). We really love the brand and the idea and would highly recommend their juices.

A couple of points of feedback relevant to this particular store. We went on a Saturday afternoon and there was only one girl serving which is clearly not enough given the number of customers. As a result, we had to wait quite a bit because they were understaffed. Secondly, prices are slightly higher than in other countries but I guess that is because it’s Switzerland? 🤷‍♂️.
