McDonald‘s — Restaurant in Zurich

I admit that I was very happy that they opened a spot in this place. I had the pleasure (unfortunately doubtful) to use their services twice.

My comments (hoping they will improve the service):

The first time, even though it was just me and one other customer, I had to wait for a hamburger for about 8 minutes. I was aware of the passing of time because I was in a hurry to catch the train. While waiting, I watched the service, especially the drinks and ice cream, which were prepared in advance. Mind you, we were only the two of us there. So coke standing for over 10 minutes (if not longer) because they were already prepared when I came... are they waiting for the next customer? Really?

Similarly for the second approach. This time I ordered an ice cream and it was melted before I received it. Luckily I was with my husband who is more direct and asked for a "fresh" portion.

I must point out that the young girl by serving desk did her best to deliver the food as soon as possible. Evidently some lack of skill with the system and help from another employee who gets "bored" at automats with cola and ice cream :-)).

Hopefully some more exercise employee or training can help that place.

They say three times a charm. I'll check in a while to see if anything has...

Very bad experience! I went with my small son, that actually was his first time, he immediately saw this Goft-Toys, it was not easy to find on the menu. Finally ordered when he start to cry because it was a weird Gift-Toy, I went to ask if they you could change it for Batman or Superman, as it’s shown in the window. I was told out by an employee „we don’t have any of the windows“, I replied „then just mentioned or cover this false-fake publicity“, he unque man get angry and start to shout with a challenge street boxer attitude, I ask his name and he said „Goshka, I don’t care as I am the owner“, I think by the attitude he was an ex-Yugoslavian guy… all others were nice and some try to excuse, but this guy just show this...

I went to this place and we got a option to take family meal.The person in counter said 2 big burger and 2 small burgers will come.O have order 2 chicken burgers and he said they have cheese burger for the small one.Tehn I have ordered .But the when I bite small cheese burger it taste not like chicken and it's other meat which I could not eat.

Why they have not explained while taking the order ?They said cheese burger but not said it will not be...
