EDIT 30.3.2022 - Dear Kaisin Mgmt: two people serving at lunch is an absolute no-go! I waljed in at 12:15 and there were 7 people in front of me! I turned around and left. Also, I happened to drive past on Saturday and spotted somebody sitting there so stopped off. Saturday opening hours on the door say CLOSED?? You may want to spread the news, don't you think?

There has clearly been a change in management / ownership / staff. It used to be run like a military operation, all staff were clearly well trained, worked together well and you were in and out in a blink of an eye. Last time I was in there it took FOR-EVURRRRRR as they faffed around, kept running out of ingredients, having to go into the back kitchen to replenish the stock. The cohesive team is clearly gone, as have the good, cheerful vibes. What I would really, really like: luke warm sushi rice, not cold, and bring back the chestnuts and just leave them on the menu all year. Today, I had the pleasure of enjoying an incredible meal at kaisin oerlikon.

The food? Simply amazing! Fresh, healthy, and made with so much love – every bite was pure harmony for the body and soul.

The staff? Warm, friendly, and truly caring. Their kindness and attention made the experience even more special.

Everything was spotless and hygienic, reflecting the high standards of this wonderful place.
