Best bagels in town!

They have a good variety of bagels from salty to sweet and you can buy them by the dozen too, which is great and we often take advantage of.

The bagels are so delicious and the chips on the side really add a nice touch. I especially love the bagel with rösti and egg, it's my go to order it's so good!

In the weekend it is rather busy and waiting times are to be expected but it is definitely worth the wait. The only thing that is negative is you have to wait awkwardly in front of the cooks/cash register and it's a little chaotic. Also why is the orange juice not available during the week? The other juices are also good but still!

The play area in the restaurant can get quite loud with kids and we prefer to take-away because of that. But in the summer the outside area is really nice.

Will...

Let’s start with the food, first time checking out the place… not sure if I would return after seeing the negligence on the employees raw meat.

First off, very poor hygiene. I saw the gal preparing a kids menu bagel, she grabbed raw bacon , put in on the grill and went on to touch the bagels without putting on new gloves and went touch and order of pancakes after that… I find it quite risky, just a matter of time until someone little gets sick. Would highly recommend you are aware about food handling, what I saw was cross contamination especially raw pork…

Service friendly but slow, the dude working the grill will start your order, then will go to cashier to charge, and then stops what he doing, and as a result causing times to take longer. Maybe focus on one...

The bagels are super good, especially the pulled pork one. After 4 years eating there, quality has remained steady and high.

The location is right in front of a bus stop, with tables and a family-friendly atmosphere.

The only reason why I'm not giving Bagel Boys 5 stars is because I feel sometimes the service is not very customer-focused. Two weeks ago, I ordered a bagel and asked if I could switch the coleslaw filling (which I don't like in general) with something else, and they said that yes, but for an increased price. Hence, I had my bagel with neither coleslaw nor a replacement for it, paying the...

The only genuine bagels in town. It's a short bus ride from Oerlikon, and worth the inconvenience. You can eat there or take home your choice of variety, including a baker's dozen. They have short hours on Saturdays, and getting there by 7pm on weekdays isn't easy for me. They also have a dining area and serve custom-prepared bagel sandwiches. I've enjoyed their pastrami & Swiss (Emmentaler) and breakfast combos.
