Les Délices d'Orient — Restaurant in Zurich

I have recently dined in at a Lebanese restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I would give it a 2 star rating. Firstly, the restaurant served me the wrong food, completely different from what I had ordered. I didn't complain and ate (it was 15 Franks more than what I ordered)

Furthermore, I found the condition of the restroom to be highly unsatisfactory. The floor was wet and slippery, posing a safety hazard to patrons. It was clear that the management did not maintain the cleanliness of the facilities adequately. Additionally, to my surprise, there was no paper available to clean my hands after using the restroom. This lack of basic hygiene necessities is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.

Overall, these issues greatly affected my perception of the restaurant. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the incorrect food order, wet and slippery restroom, and absence of hand cleaning essentials left me with a negative impression. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their service, cleanliness, and attention to customer needs...

Most amazing Lebanese food I have had in Zurich and in general in Europe in a long long time. I took the Mixed Teller and my girlfriend took a Vegi Teller along with the Aryan yoghurt drink.

The owner was really kind and talked to us about what we do and where are we from and his love for Bollywood movies and Amitabh Bacchhan. He is originally from Iraq and had to leave home and family behind after the Gulf war 27 years ago. We had a really heartfelt conversation with him. It really moved me a lot. The hero even gave us a free Baklava as appreciation from bringing the plates back to him.

I think this place is worth going to and the conversation with the people there is priceless. They are always smiling. Happy,...

The best Lebanese I have had was in a small street corner in Paris. Since then I have had only disappointments with places that claim to sell Middle eastern food.
