Very disappointing service. The most of the waiters had no idea what they were doing. We had to wait 30 minutes to be able to order (we asked 4 different waiters and they all said: my colleague will come, in the end I had to walk into the restaurant to ask someone finally take our order.) A portion of truffle fries we ordered was never served to us (even if we asked 3-4 times to be so kind and bring it to our table). The location is right next to the lake and when the weather is nice, there is a grill outside where one can get take-away. We sat down for the first time on a cloudy day as it is usually very busy. The staff was friendly and service fast. The food was tasty but for the price, the portions are quite small and the mezze needs for bread to accompany. I guess we are paying for the location. As is the case in many places around the lake, we expected overpriced average food, poor service, and long waiting times. The place was at least 80% full when we arrived, but the waiter immediately welcomed us and gave us a nice table. Our order was quickly taken, and both food and drinks arrived really fast. Service was attentive and always available if you needed anything. The food itself was nice and enjoyable, as well as the Rosé. We'd like to thank the staff of Kiosk for a great job.
