Stripped Pizza Seefeld — Restaurant in Zurich

We recently visited this pizzeria and had an good experience! We got the tuna pizza (19.-) and Niçoise salad (21.-) both of which were delicious, and the 2 lemonades were refreshing. One thing we loved about this place was the option to sit inside or outside, giving us the choice between a cozy indoor atmosphere or a breezy outdoor space. It's also great that they're open every day, so you can satisfy your pizza craving whenever it strikes. We appreciate the convenience of being able to order/pay with the QR code but preferred to do it directly inside. The concept is neat: choose your dough, choose your sauce (tomato, pesto, fior di latte, and others), choose your topping, have it baked. Only takes a few minutes and you get a hot, crispy pizza fresh from the oven. There are pre-configured "signature pizzas" too if you don't feel like picking ingredients. Overall the taste is good, the tomato sauce and the dough could use a tad of seasoning though. The place is still pretty new and therefore lacks routine in all processes (we had to double back for the side salad and the drinks). The team is very young, but super friendly. The pizza was fantastic. This was a treat of a meal for me, and I wasn't sure it was going to live up to my expectation, yet it exceeded them. The crust was chewy and wonderful in and of itself, and I am generally not a crust lover but more of a sauce man. Despite this, the fantastic ingredients shined through and I ate the whole pizza.

As a note, I did not specify my desired size of pizza when I ordered but the staff gave me the larger, more expensive pizza without asking. I think that is ethically murky; one should always ask, prompting the customer to decide if they do not specify.
