Hidden Gem of Gin & Food

From the outside it doesn't look like much, a simple restaurant with an outside seating but there is so much more to it.

With over a 100+ Gins and plenty of other alcohols on display, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

My recommendation, lean into the host and his vast experience of what to take and what pairs well with it. You give him the direction and he runs with it.

Started with an iceberg salad and fried zucchini. The salad was a full head with a creamy elegant dressing with balsamic reduction. The dressing had entered every fold and every bite came with flavour. The Fritters were crunchy and came with a tomato based sauce which paired well.

For mains, Truffle Ravioli & Lamb Entrecote. The Ravioli was well stuffed and a very good portion. The truffle flavour was not as dominant as expected but the subtleness brought out the flavours. The lamb which was a special was amazing with a wonderful flavoured butter and roasted vegetables. Order it with the saffron risotto.

Finally the the chocolate Soufflé which should be ordered as you get your mains as it takes 15 minutes.

Although the overall was a 5 Star, important to note that the mains did take over 20 minutes. It does get a bit warm inside and the server forgot the Tabasco for the...

El lugar es muy lindo y la comida rica! Jamas en mi vida me sentí tan mal en un Restaurante como hoy , la Camarera parecía que tenía un problema conmigo que siempre me quería hacer sentir mal , primero se enojo porque pedí otra mesa la primera mesa tenía que sentarme cruzada a mi novio y tenía adelante miro a otra mesa que yo miraba directo ! Lo se que la preparo con amor pero prefería la otra que estaba al menos enfrente a mi novio ! La primera mesa era para 4 personas pero no linda para 2. Bueno así empezó luego cada vez que venía a mi novio lo trataba bien y a mi siempre como pensando que no se nada de la vida ! Su vocabulario no era Dulce . Mire fotos en el internet de la comida y me dijo No Mires esas fotos porque no tenemos eso pero había algo que si tenían ! Y yo puedo mirar lo que quiera ella puede usar otras palabras . Hasta ahí todo más o menos bien . La arruino cuando le pregunté de que era eso que llevo el otro camarero color naranja ( ya se que es un licor no soy tonta ) pero empezó a decir que era un sorbeto y me explicaba todo enojada ! Por favor ??? Trabajas en servicio !! Explica con amor . Y al final me dijo que era un sorbeto pero eso era un licor por suerte luego paso devuelta y le dije que era .No le respondí mal porque tengo respecto y educación pero la forma de esta mujer hoy conmigo fue muy grosera por eso no vamos a volver más a este lugar . No íbamos a dejar propina gastamos 230 dejamos 11 de propina que ni siquiera lo merecía esta mujer y no dijo ni gracias .!!! Fue una experiencia muy fea y no disfrutamos la comida el camarero Debe ser amable Dulce .esta mujer tenía un problema conmigo porque a mi novio lo trababa bien y a mi mal . Luego su forma de hablar era fea cuando le dijimos que no era italiana pero así bien para hablar amable me dijo tú tampoco !! Obvio no soy ni quiero serlo soy Argentina y orgullosa ! Te doy un consejo no ataques más a las personas así y si te preguntan algo que no saben explica con amor . Yo te trate con respecto y tu a mi siempre me quisiste hacer sentir menos . Por eso te dejo este comentario si tu jefe quiere saber los dátalles que llame a mi novio tienen mi numero cuando llame a las 20.25 por el auto Para estacionar . Overpriced with average food and incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant staff. My fiancé and I had just moved to Zurich and were looking for a nice relaxing dinner at what looked like a cute place. While having bread waiting for our food a female staff member (owner perhaps?) interrupted our conversation and pointed to a drop of olive oil on our bread napkin saying sharply "you wouldn't do that at home would you?" We said "I'm sorry?" She repeated "you wouldn't do this at home! You can ask for an extra plate - we have plates!" We apologised and said it was an accident and she said "No I saw it." She made us (the only non locals by the look of things) feel incredibly unwelcome and the meal thoroughly...
