Despite the friendly demeanor of the staff, who were helpful but not outstanding, and the commendable cleanliness, my dining experience at this Asian restaurant was hindered by the consistently tasteless food. Initially, I questioned whether it was a personal choice, but to my dismay, those at my table echoed the same sentiment. While the prices align with Zurich's standards, the lack of flavor in the dishes diminishes the overall value. It's unfortunate that the culinary aspect fell short, overshadowing the positive aspects of service and cleanliness. Unfortunately the food is not good. The restaurant had a strong unpleasant smell inside, but the servers were nice. We were not expecting much from this place, as once we had some bad noodles from the restaurant in HB, but we thought it was because of the ready to eat food from the take away buffet, so we decided to give it a second chance. Eigentlich verdient es kein Stern mehr. Hatte schon ein paar mal wirklich schlechtes essen von da bekommen auch in der Enge ist es nicht besser. War früher super.. aber jetzt ist es echt eklig. Ich habe jedes Mal wieder eine Chance gegeben aber nach dem Gespräch verdient es meine Aufmerksamkeit nicht mehr. Es gibt genug gute Restaurants da muss ich nie mehr hin gehen. Ich hatte Süss Saures Poulet bestellt, die Sauce schmeckte übelst verbrannt auch das Gemüse war angebrannt und das frittierte Poule war in Öl und Sauce getränkt. Die Ente knusprig war nicht gut gebraten und die Sauce dazu nicht geniessbar. Der Reis war so hart und der Geschmack war abgestanden. Nicht frisch. Meine Kinder sind nicht heikel beim Essen aber das konnten auch sie nicht geniessen und ich auch nicht. Habe Sodbrennen bekommen. Habe das Essen zurück gebracht und probiert meine Meinung zu sagen. Der Kellner war nicht interessiert und hat mich als Kunde, Gast nicht ernst genommen. Bin total enttäuscht. Habe das Geld nicht zurück bekommen, da ich das Essen nach Hause genommen habe und leider nicht direkt zurück gebracht habe. Er wollte mich abwimmeln, weil Gäste zugehört haben. Ich wohne mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt von der Langstrasse. Das ist nicht um die Ecke. Zudem kamen meine Kinder nach Hause und da wollte ich sie mit einem feinen Essen überraschen.
