Great food, its really good. Pricing is average. Selection is rather small, but you always know what they have. Service is very friendly. And the gastro in general looks nice. Its got its charm with 7 chronologically sorted comics which tell a parody on how this gastro was openend. Which makes it more friendly in general. Great for a meal before a night out or going to the cinema. Absolutely recommend it to anyone who likes sausages with spicy sauces. They even serve...

Came here for a quick bite before our train, found amazing service. Sausages were great, good selection of delicious Swiss beer, and fantastic service. Ask for Kevin. He helped us (backpackers) connect to wifi, suggested places to go in Interlaken (our next stop) and even brought us complimentary shots of this fantastic local ginger liqueur. Es wĂ€ren zwei Szenen heute Abend um ca. 18:00h denkbar gewesen: Gast kommt rein, bemerkt, ein neuer hinter dem Tresen [Guten Abend] / Serviceangestellter hinter dem Tresen, mixt gerade zwei Drinks [...]; einige Zeit spĂ€ter schickt er sich an die Drinks servieren zu gehen / Gast geht leicht verĂ€rgert und ohne die tolle Currywurst weiter, ĂŒberlegt es sich in Zukunft zweimal ob er wieder rein soll. - Es gibt einen * als Berwertung Gast kommt rein, bemerkt, ein neuer hinter dem Tresen [Guten Abend] / Servisceangestellter hinter dem Tresen, mixt gerade zwei Drinks [Guten Abend, ich bin gleich bei Dir] / Gast [Ja, klar] / Serviceangestellter mixt die Drinks zu Ende und fragt dann [So, was hĂ€ttest Du gerne] / Gast [Doppelte Currywurst, scharfe Sauce, Pommes und ein Edelstoff] / Serviceangestellter gibt die Bestellung in die KĂŒche, gibt dem Gast das Bier und serviert den anderen zwei GĂ€sten die Drinks - Gast hat die Currywurst genossen und ist zufrieden und kommt wieder. In dieser Szene hĂ€tten die beiden GĂ€ste mit den Drinks ca. 1 Min. lĂ€nger auf ihre GetrĂ€nke warten mĂŒssen - ob sie es ĂŒberhaupt wahrgenommen hĂ€tten ist zu bezwzeifeln ;o)

A nice place for a quick and affordable curry wurst. You can choose a meal deal which comes with a small discount and can include a soft drink or beer. I personally prefer the spicy sauce, but you can choose three different level of spiciness. The chips are tasty and fresh (served very hot). You can also ask for bread instead of chips.

Ordered the Moritz Auf der Gasse which is just the sausage, fries and beer. For 17 francs, Zurich you can't go wrong. The food was very tasty. The service wasn't very hospitable. They were busy and I understand the gentleman had to juggle multiple tasks but a little kindness goes a long way. Come for the food not the hospitality.

So here's to the backstory. My sibling's name is Moritz. I had a beer in his name, the vegan Zwiebel Heidi (not the person). The pommes portion is very generous. Curry Heidi (still not the person) is very spicy and nice. Very recommended if you crave for a different type of "fast" food than just the plain old burger.
