From the moment you walk in, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere (since the reopening in Feb 2023) by the host and Manager Walid, complete with friendly staff and cozy decor. Thank you for a wonderful evening with drinks and great food! Our bartender Wally, was amazing!! We are four Americans traveling through Europe, and this was one of the best drink and food experiences we have had. Wally was very attentive and entertaining. We were almost the only ones in the restaurant at the time because we came early. While he might remember us as Ron, Teresa, Linda, and Ed. Typical Zürich night out experience: Overpay on food and get absolutely underdelivered on service. Went out with a group of 5 and waitress S. seemed totally unhappy to even serve us. Horrible attitude by waiting staff, even though venue was not very busy. Got ripped off at checkout: Staff charged us more of the more expensive beers but we decided not to mention it because we were just happy to get out of there and that would certainly have complicated things even more.
