Bebos — Restaurant in Zurich

I hardly ever post reviews anywhere, but I felt I had to share this experience out of a sense of responsibility—both as a customer and as someone who doesn’t want to see others go through the same pain.

Yesterday I visited Bebo's with my pregnant wife. She ordered a beef burger (Mexican burger). The food tasted good but something went terribly wrong. Unfortunately there was a very hard bone piece hidden inside her burger patty. She barely expected a bone in a burger, bit into it all on a sudden and started feeling extreme pain immediately. We had no time to talk to the staff and had to rush to a dental emergency right away as she was totally restless. The dentist found out that the tooth was completely broken from the middle and had no way than extracting it. Now my wife is terribly sad and mentally stressed about her appearance. Due to her pregnancy, we can't do any implantation soon, nor she can take any proper painkiller. She’s heartbroken, and as her partner, I feel powerless and guilty—something that started as a simple meal out turned into a personal disaster.

I’m not writing this to blame someone. There is no compensation for our loss either way. I’m writing it so Bebo's truly understands the consequences of a moment’s negligence in food preparation. A hard bone in a burger patty should never happen. It’s not just about quality—it’s about safety. Please, I urge you to take this seriously. Review your kitchen processes, your meat suppliers, your quality checks. What happened to us shouldn't happen to...

Bebo‘s is one of the take-away restaurants, which a lot of people have seen, drove by but never went to try it out. This was also the case for us! After an evening out at Hardbrücke we were a bit hungry and finally went to try Bebo‘s! The reviews and photos were very promising. We took the famous Bebo‘s burger. We were really NOT disappointed: the burger comes with fresh beef steak, between very fluffy buns and also fresh salad, tomato, cheese and a very delicious sauce! Hands down, the best burger I‘ve eaten in Zürich and definitely worth it. The price for the Bebo’s Burger is a bit higher than expected, but it’s because it is not minced beef, it’s real beer steak with very good and tasty quality. The staff is very friendly, offered us also Turkish black tea and had a little chat. Next time I also want to try something else, the menu has a lot of delicious stuff on it!...

I recently dined at Bebos, and it was a fantastic experience. The self-service concept was convenient, allowing me to customize my meal effortlessly. The normal hamburger was juicy and flavorful, complemented perfectly by the crispiness of the french fries. The 6 pieces of chicken wings were a highlight, offering a delightful mix of spices. Despite a language barrier, the staff, primarily German-speaking, accommodated me by conversing in English, making the ordering process seamless.
