1.已二訪樸素齋坊林森店，一家主打素食餐點的連鎖自助餐店，地點位於嘉義實驗國小的斜對面，但店前的機車停放混亂，會影響顧客通行的安全。建議店家能於店前設置導引牌，標示清楚顧客通行區域。 2.流程說明：先取內用餐盤或外帶餐盒及夾子，再依個人喜好夾取配菜，夾完至櫃檯完成秤重結帳。付款方式可選擇現金或Linepay電子支付方式，亦有提供載具。 3.內用+10元，即可無限量享用胚芽飯、蕃薯粥、熱蔬菜湯及紅茶。其中，蔬菜湯好喝，相當清爽。亦可選擇加購炭培烏龍茶或蓮子白木耳。 4.整體來說，菜色相當豐富，選擇多元，但價位偏高，且汽車停車不易。

有事到嘉義想說附近尋找素食午餐，外觀看起來乾淨清爽就這家了，菜色種類還蠻多的，可自己選擇夾取喜歡的菜，然後再到櫃檯用秤重的方式算錢，內用加$10就可以飯，胚芽飯，粥都可以自己無限取用，無糖紅茶及湯也是免費供應！ 內用是環保餐具，吃完的時候要自己拿到回收台回收！ 整體吃下來我個人覺得是好吃的，料理也不會讓我覺得太油膩或者是青菜軟爛的，聽說他們在嘉義就有三家分店還有做外燴辦桌料理，這時候就會希望如果我家隔壁有開這樣子的店那該有多好😂😂 如果想吃素食的朋友，我會推薦!!吃完記得到附近的檜意森活村走走喔！
