Amazing experience at the Chiayi Food Happy Restaurant. Food is superb. Interior is retro and vintage Taiwan era. People and the seatings are cozy and cute. Some may find it a bit small but that's exactly what Happy Restaurant is going for. *Heads up: We came today without making a reservation. It is highly recommended to make a reservation/call first before you show up. We waited for a bit for food but the small dishes in the beginning really prepared us for the main course.
