莫夏印度餐廳大安店 MOKSHAA indian restaurant-daan branch Taipei — Restaurant in Da'an District

I demand an explanation from the owners. I've always ordered food from this store. You can check my name on ubereats ( 方瑞柏）I also attached the photo of the receipt to prove that this is not a fake review. Yesterday at night, I ordered butter chicken, lychee curry, 2 Naans, and 1 jeera rice. The lychee was with a horrible taste, full of oil, me and my friend just thought that was weird but we ate cause the smell so far was okay, but we couldn't finished cause the taste was not the same we had when we regularly go to that restaurant order this dish. A few hours later, we bought started feeling really bad, bloated, with a stomachache. I threw up 3 times, and she stayed in the bathroom for hours with diarrhea. Such an embarrassed situation. It was late at night we didn't have any pharmacies to buy medicine. We could barely sleep, and I almost missed the test in the morning cause I was not feeling okay. Never had any problems so far with any restaurant in Taiwan, and I have been living here for 11 months now. Such...

Delicious food, slow service, and pricey small portioned food.

Service: The restaurant was not even full and I totally understand that they cooked everything fresh, but we literally sat there for more than one hour waiting for our food. There wasn't even a side dish or snack we could eat during that one hour.

Food/ Price: The food were very flavorful. I would suggest to just purchase the regular plain naan even though the staff recommended some other forms of naan, I thought the plain naan was still superior and also less expensive!! The other style naan were not very good, in fact they were hard and tasteless. On the contrary, I enjoyed the curry and it had a distinct and strong taste, which was what I liked about it; however, it was all too expensive for the small portions served (especially the naan portions..)

I loved all four appetizers, especially the beetroot and mango sauces! The creative Pani Puri in shot glasses was fun, and the sauce was incredibly refreshing. The lamb, chicken, and mushroom curries were not only stunning in presentation but also rich and complex in flavor. The lamb chops were phenomenal too! And the blueberry lassi—so good!
