Homey's cafe — Restaurant in Da'an District

Great coffee, delicious food and friendly staff. The baristas are very professional. Perfect place for freelancers as they provide ample outlets and the creative vibe of the coffee shop enables one to fully immerse in the designing process. Perfect for hangouts as well. For book worms, they have a ton of books so no need to worry about bringing your own book. For smokers, they have an outdoor sitting area in the balcony so one can enjoy the coffee and people without having to run back and forth downstairs to smoke. This might be a pretty good cafe but unfortunately I probably wouldn’t ever care to find out.

Gf and I were taking a stroll and saw this cute cafe on second story, out of curiosity wanted to check it out in terms of vibes and venue perhaps for a future visit.

Opened the door and gave the bald bearded waiter a heads up that we wanted to just take a quick look around perhaps check out a menu. This was then met with the grouchiest expression I’ve ever seen, enough to immediately ruin the decent mood we were in.

Such a great place. Hard to find, check the review below for the entrance location. The oreo milkshake, latte, salmon sandwich, and chicken sandwich we had were all awesome. Especially the salmon sandwich was so good that I entered a sort of dream state of pure joy while eating it and forgot to share any with my friend. The ingredients were great. The atmosphere and comfort are great, and the decorations and staff were great....
