This is our second time visiting Ibuki as we were here last year on vacation and wanted to try it out. Both times now have been hands down fantastic and I cannot recommend more!
Our wonderful host, Show, was incredibly helpful and assisted in a few translations on some of the dishes we were having. Shout out to him for a great experience and feeling welcomed back like old friends.
The star of the show as always, is Chef Danny, who creates such beautiful and harmonizing dishes. Since we have been here twice, we noticed that there were subtle differences between the flavors and ingredients used which we really appreciated. He even recognized us from the year prior!
