Le buno dessert & bar — Restaurant in Da'an District

Had this saved for a few years now so thought I'd finally stop by since their frozen fruit dessert is quite unique. Got the frozen apple with honey ice cream. Presentation was great and well represented the area it's in and though I knew what I was paying for, I thought it was just fine and fun to eat. I wish they added more to the presentation and perhaps sprinkle some herbs or even some toppings to give it a little more flavor.

Service was great, the toilet was really nice. And, of course, the mini poodle, Ray-Ray, was also a huge attraction. Unless you really love having ice cream in a frozen fruit, I wouldn't make this a regular stop but it can be fun to have...

Some very interesting ice cream flavor. We order some fruity ice-cream because they look awesome for Instagram, but they ended up tasting really good too. Strangely we loved the salted egg ice-cream and guava Americano ice coffee. The ice-cream is a bit expensive, but that is what you pay for to have great pictures right? Our knock on services is because we showed up at 9:30 pm the first time and was told the place is close when it says 10 pm. Creative hand crafted desserts. What a surprise with the Milky Salted Egg. Rich creamy salty egg flavour at the right texture - not too smooth as it should be as a salty egg. Honey apple is also nice. Gelato itself a bit too sweet overpowering its fruitiness. But eating gelato with apple flesh is a good combo. Guava Americano is well balanced.
