Staff, very busy. Understaffed, perhaps. Can see the friendly ladies rushing here and there. Food, alright. Cakes, nice. Ambience, lively and tolerably noisy. Live piano performance was very nice, but it looked like guests didn’t really appreciate the lady pianist (we did, well done). Did we enjoy our visit? It was alright. Will we return? 下午茶自選蛋糕，三種蛋糕都很好吃，口味都各有特色。 這次來台北香格里拉飯店內1樓的茶軒下午茶，是聽說有現場演奏演唱。 首次感覺下午茶就是要配演唱呀！氛圍最高點。 演唱時間 第一回14:30（3首） 演唱時間 第二回 15:30（7首）END 從剛開始的漸入、激亢；後半場的浪漫、輕鬆的會心一笑，獨一無二的每個人。 讓我覺得神奇的是，每首歌呈現的色彩都不一樣，第一回聽到第三首時，莫明的感動到眼淚快掉下來。後半場，我都以為自已在童話故事中，背景都是夢幻的繽紛。 形容的可能有點差或誇張，請見諒。 只能說我喜歡上聽現場，會默默追蹤這位駐唱歌手。耳朶很舒服，心情很愉悅。 註：這是2023/06/10 的現場。 結束後，我厚言無恥的跑去詢問名字（歌手：陳昱嘉），才知道這是他倒數第三回的演出，這次到遠東是part-time。之後，他還要回北藝大完成（碩？博？）的學業，通常他表演較多，較少有這種歌唱，唉~有點小失落。 不過他說畢業時，能邀請我們去聽他辦演唱，我又復活啦~ 哈哈哈。 跑偏了，最後再回來主題。 時間16:50 現場雖然沒歌手了，但還有現場的鋼琴演湊，也非常的增添色彩，超優的好好聽。 整體：座位大，動線都很舒適。 會不會再來：會。 餐點：甜點對螞蟻人的我💯有甜超好吃。可借這回沒吃到鹹食，下回來吃看看。💖

Staff, very busy. Understaffed, perhaps. Can see the friendly ladies rushing here and there. Food, alright. Cakes, nice. Ambience, lively and tolerably noisy. Live piano performance was very nice, but it looked like guests didn’t really appreciate the lady pianist (we did, well done). Did we enjoy our visit? It was alright. Will we return? Unfortunately a No.

During my visit to the lobby lounge at Shangri-La Taipei, I was informed that a reservation was required, which I wasn’t aware of beforehand. This was unexpected, as I’ve never encountered such a policy at a lobby lounge before. While I understand the intention behind this system, I was disappointed not to have the opportunity to enjoy the lounge on this occasion. I hope clearer communication about the reservation policy can enhance the guest experience...

午後和幾位朋友相約在台北遠企飯店（Shangri-La hotel）的大廳茶軒 （Lobby Court）聚談。餐區舒適溫馨、服務人員體貼專業，加上現場鋼琴、美聲和音樂輕柔律動的鋪墊，讓我們得以在品味當下中，談著過去、構想著未來。 當天我們用了以亞洲風味（ASTE OF ASIA）為主軸的多組套餐。我們分享這些餐點，都非常美味。尤其是那道“泰國瑪莎曼牛肉(澳洲) 咖哩襯馬鈴薯”，令人我印象深刻。它堪比和牛級的牛肉塊，入口鮮Q，份量也足，配上濃郁的咖哩，我覺得比我過去在多瑙河畔吃的匈牙利燉牛肉(Beef Goulash)更好吃、更令人驚艷。我很滿意這裡的氛圍、環境、服務、食物、甜點、茶飲。 這裡值得一訪再訪！

I met up with some friends at the Lobby Court of the Shangri-La Hotel in Taipei. The dining area was cozy and warm, and the service staffs were attentive and professional. With live piano music and soothing melodies in the background, we were able to savor the moment, reminiscing about the past and envisioning the future. On that day, we tried several set menus with an emphasis on Asian flavors, and all of the dishes we shared were delicious. Especially memorable was the "MASSAMAN BEEF CURRY (Braised Australian Wagyu beef cheek in Thai massaman curry)" dish. The beef was of top-notch quality, tender and flavorful, and paired with the rich curry. I found it was more delicious and impressive than the Beef Goulash I had in the past along the Danube River. I was very satisfied with the ambiance, environment, service, food, desserts, and tea. This place is definitely worth visiting...
