DON’T COME. The service at this establishment downright sucks. I came with my kid and did not order what the proprietor think would be enough and she gave this very cold stare as if we just crawled out from the gutters. I have never experienced this kind of condescending reception at an eatery in the city before and this broke my entire appetite during lunch. My advise:- DON’T EAT at this place. There are many other restaurants to spend your money at. Not every one star here because the eating experience is rotten but I cannot go any further than this. P.S. the waiter woman slammed the plate straight...

2021/12/3 疫情後首次外帶

結論： 味道不錯的義大利麵

自從吃了不少雷店，益發覺得麵工坊還算不錯，雖然跟以前比起來，以前可以喝到伯爵紅茶，現在喝不到了

但整體來說，麵體算有嚼勁，配料豐富，但不要把標準拉太高。

若在附近，可以去吃吃

I will never come here again. I waited for my pasta more than 30 min while the seats were not full. During this waiting time, they served meals to 7 food panda delivers. I’m not satisfied with their service no matter how the...

2021/12/3 疫情後首次外帶 結論： 味道不錯的義大利麵 自從吃了不少雷店，益發覺得麵工坊還算不錯，雖然跟以前比起來，以前可以喝到伯爵紅茶，現在喝不到了 但整體來說，麵體算有嚼勁，配料豐富，但不要把標準拉太高。 若在附近，可以去吃吃 2020/9/17 這是我第二次來這家店用餐 第一次是在店內用餐，這一次則是外帶。 無論是市府店或是大安店，我都還蠻喜歡吃這家店的口味 這應該是花枝？還是魷魚？咀嚼起來Q彈，但不是橡皮糖那種難咬。好感+1 蛤蠣，可能是經過燒煮之後，縮水不少，是一個憾事，但吃起來沒有腥臭味，好感+1 干貝，這一定要提的，我對干貝要求頗高，包括大小、鮮甜程度，烹煮熟度，以及方式。 先說大小，最適度的大小是用大拇指與中指圈起來。這樣的大小最好吃，吃起來的嫩度、彈性最佳。 鮮甜程度，就看咬下去是否還能嚐到海的味道、干甜的味道 烹煮的熟度，真的是少一分太生(會有點噁心)、多一分太熟(老而不易咀嚼如同嚼蠟)， 一般來說，我喜歡用煎的。帶著微微鐵板的焦香味 寫到這，口水快流出來了 而麵工坊、熟度、烹調都還算中上，沒什麼好挑剔的。唯一要挑剔的就是略小。干貝吃起來，不夠充實，好像吃不夠的感覺。 由於是外帶，只有麵而已，若能附個濃湯+麵包，或許CP值能再高一點。 整體來說，本來想給四顆星的，但有鑑於沒有附湯、麵包，以及干貝略小，所以改給到三顆。 五星：再怎麼貴也值得專程去吃，不會後悔 四星：值得吃，但吃後總覺得還有成長的空間 三星：若是在附近可以去吃吃看，不要太計較 二星：CP值不高，除非主廚調整食譜，否則不值得去冒險 一星：嗯，有事沒事都不要去吃 我的評等是我個人依據上述標準提出的主觀意見，若店家不同意可以提出看法
