Namaste Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Da'an District

The cashier/waiter who does not smile, couldn't be bothered to walk to our table to take our order. He expected us to shout across the restaurant. Extremely rude. (He's the one with a tattoo on the back of his neck and three earrings in left ear). Nan bread was not even fully cooked. Ordered two contrasting flavors. The two dishes clearly had the same sauce. Neither was authentic. Chx Tikka Masala should be lemony. Jalfreisi should be spicy and less creamy. Altogether very forgettable. Not cheap either. There are much better choices,...

One of the rare indian restaurants whose food is authentic and without any added colors!! Wonderful owner and very good service. We forgot to click the pictures, but we relished the food so much! We ordered kadhai paneer, daal makhani, chicken jhalfrezi, tandoori roti, butter naan, jeera rice and hot masala tea for 4 people. The food tasted awesome!!

Found this restaurant accidentally on my way. I was not even that hungry when I entered, but when I started eating I couldn't stop. Amazing homemade taste. I ordered chicken curry and fish curry which had very distinct aroma and taste. It's a real talent to cook by balancing all the spices without making the food spicy or oily, which is rare to find in Indian restaurants in Taiwan. The price was not high either, comparatively. Service was very good. I will definitely go back to try other items...
