I recently dined at Orange Shabu 2 and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the food itself was quite delicious, the abysmal service overshadowed any enjoyment I might have had.
From the moment we walked in, it was evident that the waiter had a terrible attitude. When we politely asked him to take a photo for us, he responded with an eye roll and an audible sigh, as if inconvenienced by our request.
As we perused the menu, hoping for some guidance or recommendations, the waiter's impatience was palpable. He sighed again and rolled his eyes when we asked about certain dishes, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, when it came time to prepare the shabu shabu, the waiter took it upon himself to add the vegetables into the broth without even asking us. When we politely requested that he also add the meat, he responded with yet another eye roll, as if our request was absurd.
Throughout the entire meal, the waiter's constant eye-rolling and dismissive attitude completely soured the experience. It's disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior in what could have been a pleasant dining environment. Until the staff at Orange Shabu 2 learn the importance of customer service and basic courtesy, I cannot recommend this...

Service did not mention very clear, here is the story at the 30th April. The waiters who was ask us don’t touch just eat the veg in the soup, then the seafood plate coming, I try to cook by myself, but he stop me and said they have their consequent cooking process and he said he will servicing us.
Alright, but every time he put the seafood in the soup and then left, when he coming back all the seafood already overcook. 😤😤
and the most expensive Wagyu meat plate coming and left there for a while, then he said you should cook that wagyu now, otherwise it won’t be fresh?????? You said you gonna serving us also mention don’t cook yourself and now ask us to cook. 🤬🤬🤬
The wagyu meat plate was overpriced far away.
The waiters was mention their each package was big values compare with others, was not true at all.
We paid for $7311 for the dinner and were still hungry.
Atmosphere was really commend standard, not match with the price.
By the way please read the review before you jumping...
Read moreExcellent food and even better service, the prices here are steeper than usual but it is truly bang for your buck. We spent about $2000+ on the wagyu beef set + pork set + beer. They gave me a complementary drink even when I didn't order anything because they did not want me to go drink-less while my bf enjoyed his beer! How thoughtful! They explained the menu patiently and they also let us choose if we wanted both portions of vegetables that came with our set. We stuck with one because there was way too much cabbage for both of us. The waiter cooked the vege and noodles for us. Opt for the noodles because it was really delicious, so good that we didn't take photos. At the end of your meal they cook you a porridge with tje remaining broth.
Starters were very delicious and they also give you dessert. All in all it was a delectable experience. I highly recommend this place even tho we had to commute...
