I am Indian and studying in NTUST. My friends recommended this restaurant. So we planned to have dinner on 6-10-2022. So we (5 people)reached restaurant around 8.50 pm. When we enter covid measures are done and they allotted table. We are looking the menu and we plan to ordered. We thought someone will get order but we want scan QR code and ordered. When we tried we faced little problem and we placed order. Upto this moment everything is fine. Then problem started. Manager was rude and way his answer so rude. He said kitchen closes 9.30 pm. But we ordered around 9.10 pm.His way of answer with Taiwan people good but he shouted when he replied to us.. we are waiting for food.. food started serving around 9.25pm.but first they served Ice cream.. I surprised and asked them without food why ice cream first🙄. Soup served last.. at 9.30 pm they took machine serves cold drink.. when I asked them they serve only upto9.30 pm.. . Very bad.. they served Pasta with more oil at the bottom. They forget to serve beer to my friend.. when we asked they served at 9.45pm. They urged us to eat. At 9.55 pm manger came and said with rude manner they close around 10.00 pm. Then he switched off.. then ice cream came around 9.55 pm we started eating. Again manager came and we are closing.. they forced to eat .. we can’t taste ice cream too.. we paid for all but we can’t taste. If your manager don’t like us he could have no food.. asking to sit in and treating very badly is not acceptable. Manager talked good English and said his English not good. Only one request to this restaurant if don’t Indian or any difficult with our race tell to us directly.. don’t make us to feel uncomfortable by paying money. We too human with same colour blood running in our body as yours.. I...

I should say the flavor is good, I like the food here. And it is cheap.

However, it takes really a long time to get your order. I would say everything that is baked takes up to 30 minutes. One of my favorites is soup with focaccia, but I have never got there 2 together at the same time. In lunch 99 NT, they advertise them together, like u get a soup & focaccia. Honestly the focaccia is served late all the time, u need to wait for about 20 min and your soup is already cold. Several times I asked them to bring soup when the focaccia is ready, sometimes they do it, sometimes they forget about your request. I would recommend this place for the good flavor, but the waiting is way too long and they r surely...

After waiting 40 minutes for my take away I asked a passing waiter if it was ready. He didn't know but I saw him approach a side table where he discovered it. He brought it over and it felt absolutely cold. I asked him how long it had been waiting there and why hadn't anyone informed me. He couldn't respond. I was so upset. This was the first bad experience I had in a restaurant in Taiwan and I couldn't explain to them why I was upset. The language barrier almost left me in tears. Somehow they understood that I no longer wanted it and gave me a refund. I left fustrated, hungary and down about the...
