This is a must visit shop to buy Q-biscuits. Not many tourists and even local know what is Q-biscuits but for those who have tried it will definitely love this biscuits. Personally would recommend St. Paul Q-Biscuits to anyone over the commercialized pineapple biscuits or...

這次是來買來自嘉義大名鼎鼎的(聖保羅烘培花園)中秋禮盒的，其實最有名的是→重芋泥蛋糕，真的很扎實很好吃，這次先以中秋節為主，購買中秋禮盒，結果當日早上去看，下了班去購買已經銷售一空(白跑了一趟)蠢的是我自己沒先預訂才造成這樣的問題 ，哈! 生意真的好好，禮盒也琳瑯滿目有（A,B,C,D,E)禮盒，這次我選購C,價格也很佛心，包裝漂亮大方、內容豐富，送禮真的很好看。重點內容又實在又好吃~之後店內的店員也很貼心的請我留下聯絡方式，先預訂到貨再通知來拿。隔天馬上就接到貨或通知囉，超開心好怕買不到，一下班趕快趕過去取貨，但因為下班時間都比較晚，到達現場，禮盒果然又銷售一空，好險這次有先請店員預留了，而且當天竟然還有麵包，當然立馬搶購起來，麵包都很實在，價格也很OK 這次購買了兩款禮盒: 1.登上月球禮盒$603 聖保羅的招牌產品 聖保羅Q餅:肉鬆x麻糬x紅豆餡、蛋黃、肉脯、芝麻 每口都可以吃到餅皮的酥脆與芝麻香。 鳳梨酥: 新鮮鳳梨x發酵奶油煉製 皮薄餡多，鬆香不黏牙，有著細緻驚喜的口感 蛋黃酥: 紅豆x紅土鴨蛋 精選鴨蛋以紅土醃製低溫熟成，搭配黃金比例的香酥外皮得跟濕潤香濃的內餡，這是我的最愛。 松子麻糬: 上等芋頭X麻糬X松子仁 綿密的芋頭、Q彈麻薯外皮、松子仁，每口都濃郁不膩。 2.夏威夷果塔禮盒12入$480 夏威夷豆X酥脆塔皮 大量夏威夷豆拌入蔓越莓果乾,再加上牛奶糖這種微酸微甜的滋味好享受(但是牙齒不好的人不建議唷，因為這產品比較硬一點)，這也是我的最愛~重點價格很佛心。 ------------------------------------------ 麵包類: 歐克$55 算是養生麵包,內容物有核桃及葡萄乾內餡料多香濃可口充滿嚼勁的口感,酥脆鹹鹹的外皮，真的很美味。 冰心維也那$48 用日本精選麵粉製成軟法，內餡選用比利時頂級奶油、精選上白糖每一口都可以感受到奶油的濃郁不膩以及砂糖的細緻顆粒口感(我超愛這種口感)而且冷凍過後麵包一樣美味Q彈+上麵包的香氣，真的好幸福~食用前，從冷凍庫中拿出常溫解凍約五分種即可食用，不建議冷藏喔!

This is a must visit shop to buy Q-biscuits. Not many tourists and even local know what is Q-biscuits but for those who have tried it will definitely love this biscuits. Personally would recommend St. Paul Q-Biscuits to anyone over the commercialized pineapple biscuits or sun biscuits
