I had a Finest Wagyu Beef Combo Meal ($768 + 77 = $845) and chose The Best Beef Soup. If you order a set meal, there’ll be all-you-can-eat and come with meat, vegetable, noodles, rice, Imperial Wagyu Beef Black Curry, dessert and drink bar. FYI, Japanese A5 Top Wagyu Beef was the only a la carte meat and NOT all-you-can-eat.

To begin with, the Broiled Wagyu Beef Nigiri Sushi tasted so delicious. It was quite juicy and the strong umami of wagyu definitely stand out a lot and this was my first time having Wagyu beef.

Premium Extra-Marbled Wagyu: The slices went so well with the Premium Wagyu chilli sauce for no reason as well as the satay sauce. They were thin and really tasted of higher quality than normal beef.

Premium Wagyu Short Plate: They were tender and slightly fatty but I still enjoyed eating them pretty much.

Imperial Wagyu Beef Black Curry was the best Japanese curry I’d ever had. The curry sauce had great taste and texture with the rice. On top of that, adding the curry to the cooked noodles also tasted amazing and quite meaty. The Wagyu beef still hit different for its superior texture here.

Furthermore, those are my opinions about the hot pot buffet. The Korean Noodles cooked in the Best Beef Soup with 2 kinds of Wagyu beef were much tastier than I imagined. Dipping the Crisp Pork Ribs into the Wagyu spicy sauce also tasted great and their quality was high. The Shrimp Balls got an exceptional and chewy texture which was similar to crab sticks. The tofus tasted ordinary.

Moreover, speaking of the drink bar, I highly recommend the White Gourd and Lemon Ice Smoothie even though there were wide options.

Lastly, I had a milk tea and a mixed flavoured (with Hokkaido milk) soft serve with delectable Japanese dessert toppings. I preferred milk tea to the other flavour because of its greater sweet consistency.

In conclusion, it was such an amazing experience of having this outstanding meal here. It was expensive but still worth a shot due to its high quality and value. GREAT BEEF and CURRY!

The entrance is on the first floor with a steep staircase leading to the second floor (made it hard for my grandma to get up).

The waiting area is very small and is shred with the other restaurant so it is very crowded. You can hear multiple songs playing in the background.

The toilet is new but scattered with toilet paper and has vomit in the sinks - very desgusting.

It is a Japanese themed hot pot restaurant with tiers which changes based on height ranging from 100, 120, 140. Prices may vary below

The staff were all very nice and served us right when we got to our table, they also stop to let customers pass.

All tiers has:

Noodles, Rice, Curry, Ramen. Large selection of Veggies 18 Different Sauces Drinks Ice cream (Milk, Milk tea, mixed of the two) and slushee (Milk and Melon) also has boba and other toppings 1 free and 5 paid (29 NTD) Soups bases

[109/5/2] 新開幕總是難以訂位,別說還在建置中的網路訂位,電話有近九成是無人接聽或者無法撥通,打通之後還有一定機會被放置play,只聽到對方話筒周遭環境卻無人應答,這種play也常常發生在店家打來確認預約狀況的電話......以上,是想吃的人目前要通過的關卡,下面開始正文。 享用的是頂極和牛套餐(七種肉品無限點用、炙燒和牛壽司吃到飽),湯底為干貝昆布湯(此為固定湯底,可加價更換)以及九州蒜味湯。 七種肉品心得分享: [美國極上和牛霜降] 油花像稻田水路般細細分布於紅肉之間,偶爾帶條略明顯的白色脂肪是水田旁的排水溝,整片遠看像是漂亮的粉紅色,近看則是貴婦人的細緻手背紋路般美麗,同時不似其他同行炫耀刀工,一盤雖然只有兩片肉,但是卻是佔滿盤子面積且肉厚足以遮住肉後的景色,簡單下滾水涮個4秒(店家建議5秒,但是撈起來後的餘溫仍會使肉進一步熟透),玫瑰色的棉布咬起來就是滿滿的肉香與湯汁在舌上散布開來,完全無筋使得牙齒不好的人亦能輕鬆嘶咬,頓時覺得嘴巴像是榨汁機不斷地把肉片蘊含的精華拼命的搾出來,吞下口之後緊接著下一片也不讓人意外。 [美國極上和牛雪花] 油花集中在肉片邊側看起來就像是鑲著白色邊框的紅色山水畫,厚度同樣是能讓同行用來遮羞,與霜降相比由於肉中分布的油花較少使得看起來沒那麼粉,倒像是塊深紅色緞布,並且咬起來多了一份嚼勁......還是說牛的頑固不屈性質呢? 這份厚度搭配這般抵抗非常適合喜好咬合有回應的人,一定能滿足口感。 [美國安格斯雪花牛] 安格斯系列與同行相較沒什麼不同了,不論是在厚度(同樣的薄可見光、吹彈可破)、大小方面,不過油花比例不知是否運氣問題,連續六盤(用餐過程共叫三次,每次兩盤)全部都是過半比例的脂肪,不禁以為上錯培根肉了,這樣的肉涮起來很快就讓湯面浮著一層,並且撈起來的肉明顯的縮水不少,請不要下水太久,不然肉汁盡失下只是塊肉味口香糖(或說是肉紙較貼切?),若以此肉為主應該去MoMo或一番地盡歡。 [美國安格斯霜降牛] 雖然厚度同是安格斯系列(笑),因為脂肪好好的往肉裡擴散的緣故,整片肉不至於過半都是油,這樣的涮起來還能維持一定大小與肉汁精華,雖不似美國和牛誇張,但也是安格斯系列中的前段班好吃,同樣地,以安格斯為主要目標的話還有其他不錯的店家選擇。 [國產脆皮豬五花] 帶皮並不常見,也就嘗試了一盤,可惜不對胃口,強韌度堪比橡皮筋,明明煮到全熟卻還是難以咬斷,只好安慰自己也許遇上煎、烤料理會變的酥脆爽口,並且不若一般國產豬(香草豬、黑毛豬)特有甘甜......好吧,這是一塊肉,果斷放棄他後續上桌機會。 [梅花豬肉] 中規中矩,但是以煮全熟為前提還是希望能有點厚度,不然以薄片梅花而言做酸菜白肉鍋之類會搭配喝湯吃飯的狀況更加適合。 [滑嫩雞腿肉] 帶皮雞腿肉煮起來不易失敗,丟入湯中不用太在意老掉,肉質Q彈甘甜搭配偏鹹湯頭更加襯托,美中不足就是切的太小塊以及一盤的份量太少,皮若不吃建議下水前先剝除。 [炙燒和牛壽司]...

[美國極上和牛霜降] 油花像稻田水路般細細分布於紅肉之間,偶爾帶條略明顯的白色脂肪是水田旁的排水溝,整片遠看像是漂亮的粉紅色,近看則是貴婦人的細緻手背紋路般美麗,同時不似其他同行炫耀刀工,一盤雖然只有兩片肉,但是卻是佔滿盤子面積且肉厚足以遮住肉後的景色,簡單下滾水涮個4秒(店家建議5秒,但是撈起來後的餘溫仍會使肉進一步熟透),玫瑰色的棉布咬起來就是滿滿的肉香與湯汁在舌上散布開來,完全無筋使得牙齒不好的人亦能輕鬆嘶咬,頓時覺得嘴巴像是榨汁機不斷地把肉片蘊含的精華拼命的搾出來,吞下口之後緊接著下一片也不讓人意外。 2. [美國極上和牛雪花] 油花集中在肉片邊側看起來就像是鑲著白色邊框的紅色山水畫,厚度同樣是能讓同行用來遮羞,與霜降相比由於肉中分布的油花較少使得看起來沒那麼粉,倒像是塊深紅色緞布,並且咬起來多了一份嚼勁......還是說牛的頑固不屈性質呢? 這份厚度搭配這般抵抗非常適合喜好咬合有回應的人,一定能滿足口感。 3. [美國安格斯雪花牛] 安格斯系列與同行相較沒什麼不同了,不論是在厚度(同樣的薄可見光、吹彈可破)、大小方面,不過油花比例不知是否運氣問題,連續六盤(用餐過程共叫三次,每次兩盤)全部都是過半比例的脂肪,不禁以為上錯培根肉了,這樣的肉涮起來很快就讓湯面浮著一層,並且撈起來的肉明顯的縮水不少,請不要下水太久,不然肉汁盡失下只是塊肉味口香糖(或說是肉紙較貼切?),若以此肉為主應該去MoMo或一番地盡歡。 4. [國產脆皮豬五花] 帶皮並不常見,也就嘗試了一盤,可惜不對胃口,強韌度堪比橡皮筋,明明煮到全熟卻還是難以咬斷,只好安慰自己也許遇上煎、烤料理會變的酥脆爽口,並且不若一般國產豬(香草豬、黑毛豬)特有甘甜......好吧,這是一塊肉,果斷放棄他後續上桌機會。 6. [梅花豬肉] 中規中矩,但是以煮全熟為前提還是希望能有點厚度,不然以薄片梅花而言做酸菜白肉鍋之類會搭配喝湯吃飯的狀況更加適合。 7. [滑嫩雞腿肉] 帶皮雞腿肉煮起來不易失敗,丟入湯中不用太在意老掉,肉質Q彈甘甜搭配偏鹹湯頭更加襯托,美中不足就是切的太小塊以及一盤的份量太少,皮若不吃建議下水前先剝除。 8. [炙燒和牛壽司] 用噴燈將脂肪活性化並且將肉片控制在半熟程度,聞起來就是一股牛香,內裹的飯粒也因為吸飽血呈現粉紅色,一口咬下的肉汁卻又與因川燙與湯頭混合不同,就是純粹的原始牛味,而在野性塞滿口腔之際,飯丸上點綴的少許芥末(可惜不是山葵研磨)又將野牛套縛住拉往喉嚨深處,彷彿沒有在舌頭上肆虐過,馬上準備好迎接下一口,不過此餐點不宜一次點太多,因為隨著時間過去炙燒溫度也下降(盤子剛上時也是溫的),冷掉的牛油口感不佳不能稱之為肉汁,有趣的是牛肉片的大小會隨著續盤次數(一盤一顆)而縮小,還記得第一盤可是有著長而美麗的曳裙,大約第三盤還能叫做長裙,第四盤已經不觸地了,第五盤......勉強給他叫做短裙,如果還有續的話,不曉得會不會出現迷你裙、貼身短裙甚至吊嘎或者直接飯丸長大變飯糰......米飯部位無限供應也是另一種吃到飽。 蔬菜選擇多樣同時以煙霧造景,可惜水份保持不好,只剩下香菇會令人多拿幾次,魚漿調味偏重(相較於這麼有味的湯頭竟然更有味道)不過確實久煮不爛彈性佳,品質良好。 黑咖哩味道接近歐風口味,喜歡重口味的一定要小嚐一碗,裡頭的牛肉以切片形式燉煮,如果改用小塊先燙過再放入也許不會那麼老硬。 感覺上這家的定價策略分明,當選定套餐就應該"只"吃該套餐的主打項目,以上建議私心覺得中肯,儘管老調重談還是提醒。

I had a Finest Wagyu Beef Combo Meal ($768 + 77 = $845) and chose The Best Beef Soup. If you order a set meal, there’ll be all-you-can-eat and come with meat, vegetable, noodles, rice, Imperial Wagyu Beef Black Curry, dessert and drink bar. FYI, Japanese A5 Top Wagyu Beef was the only a la carte meat and NOT all-you-can-eat. To begin with, the Broiled Wagyu Beef Nigiri Sushi tasted so delicious. It was quite juicy and the strong umami of wagyu definitely stand out a lot and this was my first time having Wagyu beef. Premium Extra-Marbled Wagyu: The slices went so well with the Premium Wagyu chilli sauce for no reason as well as the satay sauce. They were thin and really tasted of higher quality than normal beef. Premium Wagyu Short Plate: They were tender and slightly fatty but I still enjoyed eating them pretty much. Imperial Wagyu Beef Black Curry was the best Japanese curry I’d ever had. The curry sauce had great taste and texture with the rice. On top of that, adding the curry to the cooked noodles also tasted amazing and quite meaty. The Wagyu beef still hit different for its superior texture here. Furthermore, those are my opinions about the hot pot buffet. The Korean Noodles cooked in the Best Beef Soup with 2 kinds of Wagyu beef were much tastier than I imagined. Dipping the Crisp Pork Ribs into the Wagyu spicy sauce also tasted great and their quality was high. The Shrimp Balls got an exceptional and chewy texture which was similar to crab sticks. The tofus tasted ordinary. Moreover, speaking of the drink bar, I highly recommend the White Gourd and Lemon Ice Smoothie even though there were wide options. Lastly, I had a milk tea and a mixed flavoured (with Hokkaido milk) soft serve with delectable Japanese dessert toppings. I preferred milk tea to the other flavour because of its greater sweet consistency. In conclusion, it was such an amazing experience of having this outstanding meal here. It was expensive but still worth a shot due to its high quality and value. The staff were very nice and passionate and I was even granted a coupon that you can use to get a free plate of seafood. Overall, it was absolutely a 10 out of 10!

GREAT BEEF and CURRY! The entrance is on the first floor with a steep staircase leading to the second floor (made it hard for my grandma to get up). The waiting area is very small and is shred with the other restaurant so it is very crowded. You can hear multiple songs playing in the background. The toilet is new but scattered with toilet paper and has vomit in the sinks - very desgusting. It is a Japanese themed hot pot restaurant with tiers which changes based on height ranging from 100, 120, 140. Prices may vary below The staff were all very nice and served us right when we got to our table, they also stop to let customers pass. All tiers has: Noodles, Rice, Curry, Ramen. [109/5/2] 新開幕總是難以訂位,別說還在建置中的網路訂位,電話有近九成是無人接聽或者無法撥通,打通之後還有一定機會被放置play,只聽到對方話筒周遭環境卻無人應答,這種play也常常發生在店家打來確認預約狀況的電話......以上,是想吃的人目前要通過的關卡,下面開始正文。 享用的是頂極和牛套餐(七種肉品無限點用、炙燒和牛壽司吃到飽),湯底為干貝昆布湯(此為固定湯底,可加價更換)以及九州蒜味湯。 七種肉品心得分享: 1.
