Felt nostalgic so decided to come for lunch today since I used to come here with my parents when I was very young. Super disappointing experience. We asked the waitress about the size of the noodles and she estimated the size with her hands and said the bowl was small and encouraged us to order two bowls. When they came, the bowls were at least twice the size of what she told us and the chicken broth felt starchy, not naturally thick. We didn’t even finish one bowl since it felt quite unhealthy. The shrimp dish we got was just super bland and underwhelming. The bill somehow came out to be over $1100NT for stuff you could probably get on the side of the street lol. Read moreEel (Dry) Noodles ($390): I hadn’t had eel noodles since the beginning of the pandemic. This time eating truly infused me with nice memories. The Chinese eel tasted boneless, less gluey but chewier than Japanese eel. The noodles have always been delicious with the taste of the eel. Moreover, they did serve complimentary hot tea.
In conclusion, the nearest MRT Dongmen Station exit to the restaurant was exit 3. The restaurant was less crowded than expected since it was a banquet hall that could be filled with lots of big families. The service wasn’t too efficient but the food was delicious. Overall, it’s a 9.5 out of 10!

主要是餐廳看起來就很不乾淨,地板好像都沒在洗一樣 燈也不捨得開,搞得餐廳內很昏暗 也就是玻璃窗的陽光有照進來,不然情況肯定更糟 而且還沒開始上菜,我就看到有小蟲子在桌上爬 餐廳的走道也非常凌亂,推車左一台右一台亂擺,很擋路 旁邊沒用到的桌子也被擺滿雜物,觀感很差 服務也很差,感覺人手相當不夠 不過阿姨點菜時倒是很客氣 進入正題 開始進行菜色評分
首先是冷盤,肴肉+雞肉+海蜇皮 肴肉沒有絲毫味道,口感也很鬆垮,閉上眼睛,你不可能知道自己在吃什麼 雞肉也幾乎無味,沒雞味也沒鮮甜味,但冷卻手法很不錯,吃起來非常Q彈 海蜇皮是正常的菜市場小菜口味 滿分10分,這道菜只能給3分,1分給雞肉的口感,2分給還能吃的海蜇皮
干絲炒肉,這道菜做得還不錯 肉有上粉所以有嫩度,並且有炒出鍋氣,調味也適中,是一道合格的熱炒料理,但也就這樣,沒有特別之處,屬於一般熱炒店的出菜水準而已 在熱炒店吃我能給10分,在大餐廳吃就很抱歉了 這不是大餐廳該有的菜色水準 滿分10分,這道菜7分
炒鱔魚 不好吃 這道菜沒有炒出鮮味,醬料跟鱔魚也不搭 閉著眼睛吃你會不知道自己在吃什麼 滿分10分,這道菜頂多給2分
樟茶鴨 本來要點的是香酥鴨,但今天只有樟茶鴨 皮炸得很酥脆,肉全熟且很嫩,只說到這裡的話這道菜實屬上乘 確實是非常好吃的一套菜 不過很可惜香料沒有醃製入味,更嚐不出任何茶味 只把這道菜當作一般的香酥鴨來吃,即便不入味我也可以給7分 但叫做樟茶鴨,我卻沒吃出什麼特色風味 滿分10分,這道菜給7分,主要是真的很好吃
炒芥菜 不好吃,不知道在吃啥 口感上算是炒得剛剛好,不過老也不過生 但調味好單調阿 就算只加鹽巴味精,都不能炒得這麼單調吧 有一種菜裡少放了什麼的感覺 滿分10分,這道菜只能給3分,主要是口感還不錯
宮保雞丁 或者不是每間江浙菜館點這道菜都會踩雷 但在銀翼點這道菜,你是踩定了 整盤宮保雞丁被很重口+燒焦味很重的醬汁淹沒,然後辣椒、花生、以及雞丁各玩各的 並且因為醬汁太糟糕導致雞肉失去味道,花生也因為被醬汁淹沒泡軟而失去酥脆口感與香氣 滿分10分,這道菜絕對是0分中的0分,失敗中的失敗
維揚干絲 我還以為這道菜是乾炒,結果是湯 外觀慘白慘白的,看起來沒任何食慾,這道我沒吃就不做評論
