Worst dining experience ever! The limit time for dining is 90mins and it includes everything you have to do in a restaurant. Read the menu,wait for order,wait for your food dishes to show,go to restroom,wait for the soup to boil,cook your food,eat your food,chat with friends,drink water,take some rest,eat the ice cream,pay and leave the table. ALL ABOVE YOU HAVE TO GET IT DONE WITHIN 90mins!!! We booked a table at 7pm. Not to mention we finished the order at 0720pm and food dishes showed up at 0735pm and we have 55mins to finished eating and from time to time the waiters will showed up and tell you “ DON’T FORGET YOU HAVE TO LEAVE AT 0830pm PRECISELY “ Ridiculously the store charges for 10% service fee and THERE IS NO SERVICE AT ALL! High values for proportion and cost. But the one thing I really want to rave about is their services. The staff noticed that we’re cooking boiled eggs, and they immediately bring out iced water for us to put in later. Also when we passed our dining time (we didn’t notice that there are other customers waiting), and were still enjoying our ice cream, they kindly told us the situation and offered us that we could takeout more ice cream if we wanted. Consistently good service and meat quality for the price. Their USDA Prime beef short rib slices are always perfectly marbled and thick cut, allowing you to cook the meat to a nice medium.
(Also why I don't bother with wagyu at hotpot, paper thin slices = well done every time.)
