Location: very close to the mrt it’s less than 5 minutes walk and it’s easy to find the place cause it’s just by the road.

Service: when we got there we had to register and wait for around 30 minutes because on weekends one can’t make a reservation prior, you have to go there physically. As for the service once we were seated it was fine, the waiters are efficient and they offered us an English menu and we didn’t have to wait long for the food.

Food and drinks: the food is very filling, we ordered an Australian style brunch and we got really full. The eggs were fine, nicely done, the sausages, mashed potatoes and the tomatoes were delicious. However I wasn’t satisfied with 1. the bacon, it was thick so chewing it was a bit of a struggle 2. The piece of “oats” don’t think it’s necessary or rather serve it on the side with a bit of yoghurt cause it’s dry and hard, 3. The butter for the toast is salted, I think they should ask if you want salted or unsalted butter because it’s not everyone that likes salty stuff. 4. Last but not least, the cappuccino!! I wasn’t happy at all, I was served hot coffee in a glass with no handle or whatsoever ??! Why??! They can do better …

Interesting experience with this Brun. I visited Brun on XinYi Road and was fond of the food and amenities there. So I liked to try out this one on AnHe Road as well. We ordered omelette smoked salmon and croissant on the side. Again the smoked salmon tastes plain as how Brun served at XinYi. No lime on the side. The worst part was the omelette which was cooked like Taiwanese omelette with sun dried turnips. No creamy fillings with melted cheese. I was shocked and annoyed and asked for store manager who was not present (that's very strange). I complained about that dehydrated omelette to one waitress. She came back with a funny answer and told me this is Brun's new omelette served with 200% well done cooking. I was shocked again. Anyhow I couldn't do anything about that answer and we decided to leave after heavy rain stopped. That waitress told me that she would waive one of our omelette order. I didn't expect that was coming. I don't need her waiver of one omelette. It's her jesture and her attitude that caught me by surprise. Again the food at Brun sucks but Brun has a very good employee attending to the customers. She's ONE...
