I can't speak for the food but the service here was terrible. I ordered in advance some mango chutney and all they had to do was say that they didn't have it. But they didn't. They told me in fact, they made their own homemade one, not canned. I said great! I'll come pick it up next Saturday. The store owner confirmed next Saturday was fine. I come all the way from another city to pick up my mango chutney. I arrived at a time I didn't know they were on break! The door was open though and I wasn't told not to come at any specific time. I felt really bad until I realized that the did not in fact have what I wanted. I showed them the messages. They said yes that's our Line but sorry we don't even make mango chutney! So why... WHY did you lie and say you did?! I took a two hour trek to your store to get a rare item that you very much said you had. Unprofessional! Rude!

By the way, I just want to say I plan my meals in advance and if I'd known this was going to happen I wouldn't have bought the ingredients for it. This problem could have been solved with some honesty. Now I have a ton of sour cream and have to scramble to use it in other dishes that I didn't plan for, and waste a bunch of other ingredients. You wasted my time, money, and energy.

We ordered from your restaurant through Uber Eats late last night. I've had the dahi puri from here before, but yesterday's order was extremely disappointing. The dahi puri had almost no filling, just a few carrot strips, some leftover leaves, and dry Indian snacks, instead of the usual potato filling. If you were out of proper ingredients, you should have canceled the order. Additionally, the yogurt filling tasted terrible. We've dined at other branches and had much better experiences, but this was unacceptable. I'm familiar with Indian cuisine, and while your food is not entirely authentic, this level of quality feels like a scam. Not my cup of masala chai. Perhaps getting the set meal would have been a smarter choice than getting a la carte, better bang for the buck.

Server was not helpful at all, she gave me the impression that yogurt was not included with the briyani, so I got a raita on the side, and ended up with two serves of yogurt to go with my rice. She was also not very good at giving recommendations.

Food was not very enjoyable. Papad was soggy under too much onion, did not enjoy the briyani (it tasted better when the flavor was masked by the yogurt).
