what can i about this place other than it's my go-to lunch place around yuanshan mrt & the kind of people that show up & eat there at 4 pm (just look at the pics -- it's already hot girl summer at Bremen every day)

is my kind of people

now back to why i frequent this joint so often

chefs are all bros & there's very much this hip hop or western vibe

it's pasta that tastes a little more western than the average pasta place in taiwan

you can up-size the pasta

i seem to always order the pesto penne -- whether it's veggie or chicken

but i see a lot of people going for the baked hk-style cheese 🧀 on top casserole pasta

i guess for that mm dairy hit to which i can relate

This is basically a custom pasta place, but rice dishes are also available.

I love this place. It has a large menu, food, fast service, and blends a great deal of quality with convenience at a reasonable price. It is quite different from most other restaurants I've been to in Taiwan, it reminds me of a los Angeles type make your own pizza or poke place.

You basically fill out a simple chart selecting your base (like pasta, rice, pasta-cheese), ingredients (vegetarian, salmon, chicken mushroom, etc.), sauce, spiciness, and size. Drinks are free. it's a bit confusing the first time you go, but the waiters will help out if needed. There's an English menu as well.

I often go to this place when I'm in yuanshan. It's usually crowded but the staff moves the crowd through quickly, and the decor is nice despite the cafeteria...

Seems popular with the locals. Very crowded during meal times so expect to wait a bit. Not much of a service since you order online and get your own drink, utensils etc. Food is alright for local taste but if you want authentic Italian then maybe not here. I only had the Pesto pasta and I'm solely judging based on that so take this review with a pinch of salt (os pasta). The Pesto sauce is too watery and the pasta isn't al dente. Bacon topping is alright but the prawns are small, still shelled and lacks the springy quality; a bit too soft and mushy. Overall, food is underwhelming for the long wait time. Upside is that the food is really cheap and good if you just want...
