While you wait in line, there will be someone that will bring you a menu and later ask for your order. You will be guided to your seat which is a tight fit with six seats outside and four seats inside. The food was served fast and I was in and out within thirty minutes.

I find the texture a bit too fluffy but ur bit was still a good meal and it was priced reasonably.

The small Japanese restaurant near Shuanglian MRT station is amazing…except for certain aspects.

Pros: the food is amazing, extremely flavorful, and great bang for your buck. They have specials on certain alcohols if you’d like to order in advance (they were doing Plum wines for $140 NT, down from $160 NT the day we visited).

Cons: the amount of seats (all bar seating and extremely cramped, 6 inside and 4 outside), located on a street that still has cars driving by????, a 1+ hour wait if you aren’t there right at opening (we arrived at 4:57 PM, weren’t seated until 6:10 PM).

Would recommend ordering the chicken...

Their miso cuisine is just so so so amazing!!! And their Japanese burger will also absolutely on the list of my recommendations, the meals here make you feel really back to Japan, with a beer it’s almost like in heaven.
