Food is slightly above average, a good dessert for a hot day.

But the queue was terrible. Queued for 30 mins under the scorching sun, yet there was a table of 2 people sitting inside talking, refusing to move though they had finished their food.

Suggested to the staff that they can remind that 2 customers in a subtle way so that the queue can move quickly and people do not need to wait under the sun/rain but the staff replied in an unfriendly manner that they do not limit the dining time.

Cashier guy was impatient, told us we couldn’t order some of the options to go but didn’t explain why. We then paid and waited outside for 15 minutes for two shaved ices while other people came in, were seated, and served. Then when we finally got our order we got the two separately so the first one had some time to melt outside before getting the second.

Visited on Friday afternoon, fewer people than other time, small seating area, only 6 tables, could only cater 12 people at any time. Must be patient for your seating.
