I’ve decided to share my extreme ‘unpleasant’ dining experience in MakotoYa today. The front door designed as sliding door which caused me to hold the door for my wife to pass it through. However, a lady receptionist was holding a bottle of alcohol wants to sanitize my hands , I put out left hand while my right hand was holding the door. The receptionist yelled at me: Both hands!! I was shocked but didn’t say anything My wife ordered Ramen and I choose a set of fried pork rice . I truly understand that ramen will come first. The point is the same lady delivered my set 20mins later in three different time and first give me rice ,10 mins later miso soup and the lady was throwing the bowl of soup on my table! Unbelievably, the fried pork was throwing to my table as well! I’m so done with it , didn’t touch any of my dishes ,paid up my bill and decided to leave. The service attitude I’ve never seen...

Read moreNothing extraordinary, the ramen tastes good but there are many better ramen place nearby. The restaurant itself has an authentic Japanese feel to it, but in my opinion, it doesn't feel comfortable enough. The table is small with many things on it, it was a little hard to enjoy my food and talk, when my hands were not fitting quiet nicely on the table. The restroom was horrible.
