Taro tart in Taipei

Small cake shop run by three passionate bakers at Zhongshan station area. Headed to the shop before flight departs and was happy that I insisted to wait for the taro tart ! Look at this! The taro fillings make up 50% of the cake, rich and dense. Not as creamy and sweet as the one you get from other cake shop, meaning no artificial color or enhancer added. I LOVE it🥰. They make pretty deserts. I ordered cake roll. Cake is not fluffy or moist but dry and a little hard. It separated from cream right away. Just not my cup of tea. Maybe their tarts are better. There are only two tables inside and a long bench. Very crowded. Only 1/4 of the space is for dining. To go is more likely the choice.
