HAPPY BIRD 快樂鳥（店休日FB粉專公告為主） — Restaurant in Hengchun

We went to this restaurant last night. This was my parents' third time being there and my first time. The place's atmosphere was nice with jazz being played as background music. The meals were nice. However, the bartender (also a young lady who took our order) that night was unprofessional and seemed to lack basic knowledge of mixing and failed to dictate the level of spiciness of the sauces accurately. My Blue Hawaiian had to much ice, rum, vodka and coconut liqueur. For a person who has Asian glow and a cocktail connoisseur, this was inconsiderate and not good. The young lady did not tell us the alcohol level by fl oz but percentages.

Please improve this quality of service by training student workers more...

Went back and had clams in wine sauce, not impressed with it. The alley kitchen restaurant’s squid ink clam pasta is much better. Drinks were not good, 80 NT for artificial flavor soda water. We had Basile Chicken pizza, which is a thine crust white personal pizza. It’s good. Half Mexican chicken meal, chicken is flavorful with Mexican spices, small chicken. Side salad with passion fruit dressing is very good, we really like the dressing. Small corn chowder soup, or the cold side but tasted good. French fries...

"A cozy restaurant. From entering to ordering, there was only one server, but they were efficient, polite, and friendly. I ordered the Fried oysters shrimp squid risotto and the assorted fried platter, both of which were delicious. The flavors were so good that it makes you want to visit again. I couldn't finish all the fried items, so I took the leftovers to go. Located in a bustling area, the prices are reasonable, and the location is convenient. When in Hengchun, you can savor a...
