Finally I ate something delicious in the downtown before I left. The wrappers of steamed dumplings are tenderly chewy with fresh pork inside. The size is bigger than many other general dumplings. This is a small local restaurant. They offer two dishes: steamed dumplings and a kind of soup. Both are delicious. The best thing about this restaurant is the price; it's a normal price for Pingtung county. Around this area prices are inflated because of the tourists driving up the price, but that fact hasn't affected this restaurant. There are few seats here, if there are none you can...

This is Super value for money dumplings imo - 60twd for a basket of 8s and these are not the mini ones (e.g. those in DingTaiFung) but sizeable mouthful kind. Not the best consistency (some are juicy and some are not) but for 60twd, give them a break!

Oh, if you like 🌶, they have the regular chilli sauce and then they have this thing “朝天椒”, a pinch of it on each dumpling made me pour...
