In the land of terrible pasta (義大利麵) this place is probably the worst I’ve ever come across. The garlic butter toast doesn’t use real butter even Though the owner claims it’s real butter. Either he doesn’t know or he is lying. Is the same disgusting sweet flavored margarine all the breakfast places use. The pasta is very bland and basic, using the worst ingredients possible and not creative at all. The worst part had to be the risotto. It was cooked Taiwanese rice mixed with a soupy tomato sauce. This is NOT risotto. When I asked the owner if he had ever been to Italy, of course he said no. He has probably never even had real pasta in his life. Imagine a white guy in North America who has never been to asia opening a Chinese restaurant. The audacity of some people to think they can cook and sell something they know nothing about is something I will never understand...
