Despite all others, I love it that they open til 11pm and has a three hole plug for my laptop. It plays pop music inside but with the coin machines it's a bit annoying. They provide Wi-Fi but I cannot successfullu...

這個嘛，簡單地說，現在開在城煌廟旁，主要客戶是外地的觀光客，幾年前我還有去吃過，最近真的不會去消費也，畢竟新竹有許多後起之秀的冰品店了，條列幾點覺得有進步的空間： 1.新鮮度：Menu上有許多琳瑯滿目的冰點甜湯，可是要準備這麼多材料反而失去了店家的個性，我覺得應該主打你們的鳳梨糖水，而且一定要親自熬煮要新鮮。 2整潔衛生：賣冰品的店面，如果非常講究衛生整潔給客人感覺很加分，(黏黏臭臭可能是不舒服) 3製冰流程：製冰機製冰一盤一盤的承接，跟製冰機刨好冰後用手打上盤子給人感覺是不一樣的，一盤一盤的冰品還是需要用心細細的製作，職人的精神才能傳達的吃的人的心中，有沒有用心製冰，客人吃得出來，別因為生意太忙，客人太多，忘了初衷。

總說是不比當年在東門市場的盛況了(從我小時後默默經營的冰店，每次媽媽帶我經過市場，我總是望著那冰攤上的布丁，回想他們家的鳳梨糖水滋味)大學時的爆紅，有人瘋狂到從台北專門下來新竹排隊，就為了夏天吃到一碗冰，中央路南北貨街上其他家跟風開冰店的都沒人要吃，現在開在城隍廟旁，整個市區也開了二家分店，現在雖然賣很多琳瑯滿目冰和甜湯，不過我覺得厚我懷念那個古早味的冰，鳳梨糖水，古早味的素素裝潢(重點桌椅要乾淨)，反而雅，而且現在也流行古早、復古文青的風格，東門市場裡面不是很多新的店家文青復古入駐...

我在貴店已經光顧了約20年，早年它還是中央路旁的攤販時，我就已經是常客，可以說這碗冰承載了我與所有老新竹人童年的回憶。近年時有耳聞貴店服務態度相當不堪，google網路評論也反映了此事，然而直到今天我才真正見識到事態的嚴重性。 事情是這樣的，以往我喜歡點鳳梨冰加脆圓，店員也會按照我的意思幫我製作，但今天的眼鏡小哥不知道怎麼了，表示他無法製作這樣的餐點。 我在驚訝之餘，客氣禮貌得向他詢問，「可是之前每一位店員都會幫我做耶，請問是因為原料不夠，還是以後都不能這樣點?」。結果他居然冷漠回我「你要這樣做請你去找別人，我不會幫你做!」。 聽到這樣的回答我瞬間傻眼，你可以回答我原料不夠，或者是乾脆說老闆規定，我只是想知道未來我還能不能這樣點而已；撇開美味與否，從這件事已能足以證明你們不僅服務態度差，連內部經營管理也出現了大問題，不然怎麼連菜單的統一都無法做到，這已經是作為餐飲業最基本的要求了。未來，你們在之前累積多年的聲譽恐怕會毀於目前的不思進取上，別忘了現代人都是看google評論在選店的。 今天我買這碗冰，只是為了證明我真的有來消費，以及這是我人生中最後一碗阿忠冰店的冰品。

剛考上大學，舅舅帶我來吃，說是唸青椒的很常來城隍廟這裡逛，後來讀大學發現，根本很少來。 阿忠冰店生意超好，所以整個店面變大許多，也多了很多貧血，疫情前來的時候，當時在二樓吃冰，看到一隻大老鼠直奔而過，顧客看到不知道是太衝擊還是無感，反正大家就看著牠過去了。 疫情後再來，覺得衛生有改善，品項也多了不少。今天點了鳳梨蘆薈跟紅豆QQ牛奶，朋友覺得比她在台中吃的好吃許多，我也覺得不錯，跟廟東夜市的金樹鳳梨冰一樣，份量更多還加了蘆薈。 但是紅豆QQ就覺得超雷，應該叫紅豆爛爛，裡面跟粉圓跟Q圓已經分不清，爛到很像在吃塑膠，早知道應該吃第一次來吃的紅豆布丁牛奶，雖然是俗稱化學布丁的統一布丁，但真的很搭，俗稱的QQ味如嚼蠟。 建議店家專注在鳳梨跟原本的品項就好，很多客人是賣著老情懷來的，原本的鳳梨冰香氣撲鼻，燉得夠久，吃完嘴巴不會破，沒辦法吃鳳梨的我，很喜歡鳳梨糖水，但吃完紅豆QQ只記得QQ的驚嚇感，完全不記得糖水的味道。 這家店座位很多，入店看到的是一樓半的座位，還有二樓、二樓半、三樓的座位，先去櫃檯結帳再入坐都有位置。 #圖片中的紅豆QQ在底下所以看不到 #太難吃也不想再拍
