Komod'z — Restaurant in Hualien City

Came here alone on a holiday around dinner for a drink, asked to sit at the empty bar, was told it was all reserved and got sat at the most remote table on the second floor. There were 2 other tables in the entire bar at the time. They also play music way too loud... There's nobody here who are you blasting house music for?? Bar was still empty by the time I left not long after. Also, as someone else mentioned, minimum spend is more than any single drink, and they had a 10% auto-grat when I went. On the bright side, my "double" Jameson was 5-6 oz, gotta love that...

I do not even want to give one star for this restaurant. We ordered simple french fries, first of all, it took over 40 mins. Secondly, there were a hair inside the food😱🤦🏻‍♀️..... When I told them, their first response was wanted to see the hair instead of saying sorry. THEY REALLY NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE !!! Also, there is a cook who grills, he must wear a hairband or some cloth to cover his long hair!!! I would never want my friends to visit here. I had no choice but to pay for the two beers and service charges despite the fact their service was...

Worst service ever. When we arrived there was a waiter said we need to wait for 30 mins for a table thought there were quite a lot vacant tables. Then we were told to wait outside! Yes, literally outside. I left phone to the waiter and he said he would call me once they were ready. And finally no calls at all. If you don’t know how to do business just don’t do it...... it such a shame...
