Yuli Qiaotou Stinky Tofu — Restaurant in Hualien City

It's clean, and there are plenty of seats. Depending on the crowd, better to come early. We came over on a Sat morning 10.20am before it opened. Our queue numbers are already at 6. They started serving around 11am. You can see the crowd coming in slowly as it ticks. We tried the sweet corn next to it, it was quite nice with light chilli sauce. But I prefer the original roasted sweet corn 🌽 with some butter. The smelly tofu was good. Must try if you are in Hua Lien. You can bring the kids here, many fun games with claw machines. Delicious! My first time trying stinky tofu and I'm seriously impressed. The tofu was soft inside but uber crisp and crunchy outside despite being soaked in marinade. The kimchi was zingy and complemented the tofu perfectly.
