總結：下次麻煩跟客人說明清楚，現場櫃檯結帳教育流程有嚴重疏失，讓客人感受極度不佳 曾幾何時這邊也是跟朋友聊天、打屁、喝咖啡聊是非的最愛地點⋯ 前幾天到貴店買了一個蛋糕點了一杯咖啡，結帳時報出統編和報電話想說會員累積點數，櫃檯店員回覆說：報電話會員已經沒了，現在改成掃QRcode 集點，造成操作使用然後刷卡付款，收到刷卡簡訊告知金額為一千元，先說明蛋糕是$750，咖啡我原本要另外刷$99，這時完全不知情一千元是怎麼來的？這時候我問了櫃檯，蛋糕價格不是$750嗎？這時候櫃檯才說我們會員會自動儲值1000元，聽到的當下很生氣，因為整個結帳過程都沒有跟我說要先儲值一千元，我就反問店員，我今天只是買了一個蛋糕且還是報公司帳，也就是說我為了買一杯自己99元的咖啡硬是被偷儲值了一千元，這時一位看起來比較資深的員工跑過來了解情況，又說了一次我們都是直接儲值，我問他說你們都不用跟客人事先說明的嗎？如果這不是強迫推銷，怎麼才算強迫推銷？ 貴公司的會員流程上有很大的疏失，因為要上班趕時間，且櫃檯也告知退費重用比較麻煩，我就白白活吞了這一千元，雖然都是我的餘額，但是我幾百年才買一次多那之，到底是叫我該如何？？ 麻煩內部高層看看，教育好現場正確流程，避免下次又有客人感覺不佳，很像被騙⋯
