"Soybean pudding or jello," whatever you like to call it, it definitely is a wonderful invention. Whether they are served cold or warm, pure, or mixed with other goodies, they are one of my favorite sweets under any weather conditions. With minor adjustments in the amount of syrup and the combination of add-on, it would match your challenging palate of the day. I could almost have all the boxes (of checklist) checked after finishing my after-dinner dessert. One suggestion to this small dessert shop - if they could get a store designer to decor up their settings and max up their interior space for a few more seats, they could bring...

就是愛豆花專賣店，位於捷運鹽埕埔站2號出口對面，合作金庫旁。專賣非基因改造黃豆研磨製作，所有食材用心自製，天然健康豆花，一吃就知道。楊姓老闆娘擁有丙級廚師執照，平日教授無毒烹飪課程，非常重視食材安全性。水源與冰塊皆採用安麗益之源淨水器過濾，採用加拿大進口天然非基因改造有機黃豆手工研磨成有機豆花，自製仙草凍，粉圓食材不含防腐劑與色素，所有飲料與食材皆是親自烹煮，不含消泡劑、勾芡粉，使用天然食材，不使用濃縮果汁與果糖，採用安麗原味複合金鍋與不鏽鋼鍋烹煮料理，所有容器器皿接用安麗天然環保無毒清潔用品。櫃台旁除了菜單之外，黃豆、花生、綠豆、紅豆等原料用著黑色盤子裝盛著，讓顧客知道自己是吃什麼。第一次來的客人，推薦乾脆選擇一次能吃9種配料的幸福全餐，或由店家自行搭配能吃到5種配料的五形豆花。先吃一口原味豆漿豆花，再吃淋上充滿古早味，使用二砂與黑糖自炒的自製蜜糖水。使用非基因改造黃豆當天現做的手工豆花，豆香濃滑順口，很有兒時記憶中的豆花味。芋頭的香氣淡雅清新，花生軟綿綿，有膠質的燉白木耳，超級推薦。我還會再來。
