綠midori — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

Opened 8 months ago with a new omakase style dining. Ours was $1,500 per person. Unfortunately, it really wasn't worth it. The sashmi quality was average. The grilled fish was okay. The duck meat was cooked in front of us on a small grill which we didn't like because the smoke and smell didn't fit the ambience and they were overcooked. 很少會有令人這麼失望的餐廳， 從進門開始一直到離開的服務與餐點均令人感到非常失望。

擁擠不舒適的用餐空間 沒有一間無菜單日式料理該有的水準。從入店開始的座位安排，小小的板前區卻硬是塞了10位客人，所有客人都像沙丁魚一樣擠著完全動彈不得，訂位接受了超過能負荷的人數。

外場領檯服務、衛生完全不及格 外場只有一個女性，回家後看了下評論似乎是老闆娘態度很差，用餐過程完全不會有被服務的感受，完全不知道收取服務費的用意是。

從進店到直到第一道料理上桌之前從來都沒有詢問過客人是否有不吃生食或是不能吃的料理種類，還是要我們主動告知才要將所有生食炙燒(完全沒換過料理跟菜單，就是粗暴的炙燒所有的生食菜色)。 無菜單店基本應該要做到的事情卻忽略。

這種等級的餐廳不提供水，只想著推銷飲料跟酒類，外場態度非常差，用餐兩個小時一次熱茶都沒有主動加過，跟板前的師傅反應需要加茶之後更是令人傻眼，在內場準備生食的師傅竟然跑到外場拿著熱茶壺幫你倒茶！就這樣看著他須要處理生食的雙手拿著茶壺一個一個幫所有人倒茶，在意衛生跟食材新鮮度的人絕對不要來用餐。
