I have been living in Taiwan for 4 years and hotpot is my favorite dish so you can imagine that I've had my fair share of them. But this hot pot here is unmatched.

While you can order meat and seafood without additional costs, it's a paradise for vegetarians and the focus is clearly on the veggies: You'll find many different sorts of leafy greens that you'll never have eaten before- organically grown wild veggies and herbs from the east coast.

The sauces are top notch, as are the fruits and desserts - and there's even pre-cooked food such as noodles, fried aubergine, onion pancake, dim sum etc.

The peanut ice cream and the herbal drink are superb as well.

You can choose either turmeric or veggie broth, both extremely tasty.

The non vegetable choices are decent but the strength is definitely in the greens.
