BEST MALL PIZZA EVER - 5 STAR EXPERIENCE. Are you telling me that I can have premium Neapolitan pizza in a comfortable enclosed space with relaxing music and it's in a mall. And that is 319NT! What on earth is going on? This is like the best dining experience I've had in a mall like...I think this is the best. First, the pizza. I love pizza. You look at my profile, I review pizzas. This is the top Neapolitan style pizza in Kaohsiung. If there is a better place, I probably haven't been there before (let me know!!). Now, the pepperoni is properly spicy. It's not the nest pepperoni but it tastes good and they put more than the other guy. (You know who, in ZuoYing). The sauce is tangy and distinct. Also, the crust is kneaded just right with also a special taste. Altogether, it makes a great pizza. Now, again, it's not my style, I like American. You will need to eat this pizza with a knife and fork. But, the taste is what gives it 5 stars. Now, the atmosphere. I am sitting in a private room that maybe seats 20 people. It's Friday afternoon 1pm. Nobody is here. I'm chilling, eating, and reviewing. The ambience is so relaxing with jazz music playing. Look, I've reviewed hundreds of restaurants in Kaohsiung. This is a very very good place to go. Forget about Dominos or Pizza Hut. Live life and have pizza. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I asked my pizza to be half pepperoni and half prosciutto with rucolla. First it seemed like a problem, but after a short talk with the chef it was possible. Especially the pepperoni pizza was really delicious, the crust/dough but also because I think they added some chili oil on top. The pesto pasta with shrimp was also super tasty. The white wine was terrible (from 2018, vinegar color and taste), we got a refund and bought delicious wine on the oppositie side of the food court at the wine shop. Golden Oven, located on the basement level of Talees, truly impressed us with its pizza. We ordered a half seafood, half prosciutto pizza, and it was served piping hot, fresh from the oven. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite-the seafood was tender, the prosciutto flavorful, and the crust perfectly crisp. You can taste the care and expertise that goes into their authentic Italian-style pizzas.
