Belon — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

4 stars for the ambience. Overpriced for food descriptions below. Oyster was not fresh. (300/piece) the waived off cos I said it's not fresh Steak is not to my taste buds. Soft n mushy. 1200+ ntd we left with a whole plate still Sausage platter taste weird too. 300+ ntd Service by specific staff was OMG-b*d. BUT there was a male staff who was very polite and well mannered. - 👍 Good

Overpriced for a cafe in Kaoshiung. Also the so-called instagrammable cafe is not worth checking in at all. It was just a seaside cafe with dimmed lights, food was just mediocre at best, not worth the price and time at all. Sorry no pic because neither the food nor the restaurant were photogenic :) 在高雄另外幾晚的餐廳真的很值得encore But Belon kinda ended my streak of perfect dinner experience...

Beautiful seating area with a view over Kaohsiung harbor. I heard it's particularly beautiful during the sunset. The service was mediocre - if you are going for a date or an important business meeting, not the best place. But than again, maybe the waiter was junior. The food was nice, nothing special - an ok selection. I would say come here mostly...
