Amazing coffee shop !!!!!!

I’m from Taipei and was just wondering around and came up to this coffee shop. The ambience of the coffee shop is good. As a huge coffee lover, I always love to ask questions about the coffee. The staffs are very friendly and informative.I ordered 2 manual brew coffee from Ethiopia and Geisha with siphon brewing. Both are exceptional.The baristas are really professionals. For the siphon coffee brewing is also unique. Hard to find a coffee shop with this brewing method in Taiwan. They serve the coffee with two different shape of glass so we can try the coffee with different temperature as it will results in different taste

My overall experience in this coffee shop is truly great! So happy to see passionate people working. I 200% recommend this coffee shop !!!!

Coffee is really tasty even though for my preference it could have been a bit stronger. I got a free coffee to try after my meal and that one was perfect. The food is okay, the quiche seemed more like a potato gratin, because instead of an egg base it was mostly layers of potato and some Asian-style mushrooms that are a bit unusual in a Western dish. Some super thinly sliced olives without much taste did not enhance the salad experience either. Then again I really liked the details like the imprint in the napkins or the fine Rosenthal porcelain. Staff is very friendly and speaks English. The wooden chairs, floor and table give the place a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the music is a bit hit or miss, but you'll like it if you are a fan of Japanese...

Their espresso machine was broken. Also their brunch meal set is NT300 for a surprisingly simple plate of food. The salad was mostly iceberg lettuce leaves. The duck breast sandwich was....way too chewy and overly salted.

Their quiche was alright, nothing special but I'd consider it better than the lunch set.

Also they're called a cafe but have literally 0 available outlets to charge your phone/laptop.
