5 stars for location and cocktail quality but 3.5 on food. I had the sangria fusion and it was delightful! I've never tasted anything like in my life! I live in Taipei but I've never had any sangria based cocktail that tasted this good. What an explosion of flavours in one glass, also the amount they give you for the price is crazy good! I felt like I was having 2 sangrias instead of one! Their location is excellent because you can see the port from there, excellent interior design for my architectural eyes. Food was alright, I ate the truffle risotto. The rice wasn't cooked to a risotto texture but it also seemed like it wasn't arboreo rice but that's okay I'm not super picky about that but risotto should be a little creamier and it lacked some salt too. I'm definitely coming back for sunset drinks at another time.

Best cocktail bar in shizhiwan area ! Great view of the harbour. Amazing drinks. The whole interior design with the art theme is awesome. The balcony area is my favorite. Although during a hot day or night it’s hard to do but during spring or winter on a chill afternoon or night it’s a great feeling to be there having drinks with friends. Recommend !

Would give a 6-star rate if God permits. Panacea awakens the slumbering soul of a young but promising female doctor, who habours the desire of saving the world out of a pandemic in this generation. She may have broken her wings and suffered a broken heart on her way of searching. From her expression, I can clearly see the changes of her and the power Lord has put within her. I have faith in her's ability to face any challenges standing in her way. And God knows that well. He is going to surmmon her just as the sea calls to the sailor. It's her dream to sail on the sea of Infectious Diseases and Medicine. God is her compass. She is learning to be a captain one day to sail her own life. The Goddess of Panacea is her dispositor.
