竹間精緻鍋物位在二樓，騎樓就有菜單和店家消費規定可以參考。

前幾年來吃各方面都很優秀 店員服務也不錯 本身還會帶家人朋友來吃

今年改過菜單後第一次來吃 除了價錢變貴之外 石頭火鍋也變得要多收費 店員素質不得不說劣質很多 客人帶入座後如果沒有馬上點餐 店員會把手上的點餐單丟到櫃檯後面 跟其他同事講悄悄話 做事情很不屑一顧 跟客人的問答也很不耐煩 遇到有訂位的客人來了 問說姓什麼，對方回答姓葉 大喊了一聲OK！然後人在原地不帶位？ 貴店有收取服務費 那就要做到「服務」兩個字不是嗎 外場人員只有兩個...

這是吃過最難吃的霜降牛了 帶老人家去用餐 想說點軟一點的肉讓牙口不好的家人可以一起享用 結果涮了第一片 入口超硬 跟服務人員反應 過了許久過來告知 會跟廠商反應牛肉油花太少的部分 簡單的說就是要我吞下去 沒事 我也吞下去了 只是上來評論一下不要把消費者都當塑膠 肉冰的太久最外層就是會乾掉 涮起來會變黑 建議切肉的時候不要省那一點點...

竹間精緻鍋物位在二樓，騎樓就有菜單和店家消費規定可以參考。 *小學生以下不收費（這點蠻佛心的，一般餐廳收個100元都是常有的事） *共鍋低消480元 *收1成服務費 *用餐限1.5小時 靠窗的座位區可以簾子區隔開不同的客人，增添隱秘性。 吧台前也可以坐人，充分利用空間。 基隆著名的火鍋店，幾乎都以石頭火鍋為主。有別涮涮鍋，所謂石頭火鍋是先在熱鍋裡把麻油、薑、蒜、洋蔥等物爆香後，再加入肉類炒到半熟，這吃法在1980年代左右曾盛行一時，沒想到基隆還能保留下來，甚至成了基隆火鍋的特色。 如前所述，店家先放入麻油，接著就是薑、蒜，以長筷拌炒後，立即加入各自點的肉片。 拌炒完加入高湯，就可以煮火鍋了。 店家提供幾種沾醬，個人特別推薦特調果醋醬。牛肉涮過後，沾上果醋醬，各種酸、甜、鹹、香交融於口中，味覺層次分明。 選這家店的原因之一也是衝著明治冰淇淋可以吃到爽而來的。 另外，店家也免費提共飲料。

羊肉臊味非常重 友人吃了一口就再也不吃 但點了也不能浪費食物也是吃了 羊肩的肉片很薄 石頭鍋蠻香的 霜降牛還可以 菜盤種類不多 覺得最好吃的是明治冰淇淋 調味料醬料蠻多樣化 吃完身上味道非常重 包包外套也是 如果能學習一下台北有遮蓋的袋子會更好 服務員態度還不錯 第一次吃是南榮路那間印象還不錯 陸陸續續基隆也是開了很多間 但今天的印象蠻失望的 後來看看別桌發現都是主餐點海鮮居多 還是肉類本來就普普？ 蛤蜊是很大顆肉很鮮 其他的印象不多
